Hi, I am Bulgarian. We use mixed yogurt and egg to finish a lot of our soup( meat and vegetable) We just add this when the soup is ready. We have no cook cold yogurt cucumber soup. (You may have this like a drink) I watched some of your videos - very good. I guess our cuisines are similar.
This is hilarious!! She's like wow you're being sassy to her daughter! ...and then her daughter didn't want to try it..she flat out rejected....😂😂 It's entertaining... I like that it's improvised....feels like home. 😀
I'm Assyrian from Iraq and we have like this soup but with a lot of greens like celery sticks... Parsley... Mint.... Coriander. And chard. This also looks delicious
Hello to my Armenian girlfriend who is now in Yerevan. This boy doesn't need to be from Yerevan to get it right! Great soup! Followed your steps. Merci
Oh this soup is divine! I especially like also adding fresh chopped mint at the end with the cilantro and I prefer rice to keep it gluten free. And thank goodness she switched over to the wooden spoon! That scrapping a horrible sound and was killing my ears, lol!

Hi Heghine, thanks for great videos, it will peobably be a good idea to record videos in Russian in addition to your videos in Engl and Armenian...just a thought )
+Hegineh How's it goin' H, greetings from LA. Liking the content so far I'll watch more of your vids later. I was gonna request if you could maybe list the ingredients and measurements in the description box if that's not too much trouble. Thanks for the recipe.
I think you should be nicer to your daughter. You’re always so forgiving and good to your sons, and they are more naughty than her by far (the youngest one especially who is on the table all the time). At least your daughter was obedient with you off the bat and listening to your directions. That is a double standard there. Not pleasant to see.
I like your videos and what not but I don't believe that your cooking represents real Armenian dishes it's like Chinese cooking borscht. To Americanized , I was surprised you didn't trough in a hamburger.
Men, in mountainous territory recipes can change to different directions over a heavy winter. Lack of ingredients in some region and using substitudes, appetite change of people etc etc... You can not find an authentic recipe easily between Aegean Sea and Caspian Sea. Everybody has reach to different set of ingredents in different amounts. And have usually large families to feed.
I m a kurdish from Kharpet but my mom and my grandmother make also this soup 😍

That bored child needs to tie her hair back.
