Kyle Landry You see those softer notes he's playing on the snare (with his left hand) between the full notes? Those are the ghost notes, they're low pitched and used to accentuate the rhythm

Jesus Christ he’s so freaking crisp and tasteful. Seriously one of the most tasteful/technical drummers I’ve heard in a while. Not one time during this video did one of his hands get a break during the song.

I grabbed some zildjian 21" sweet ride as well coz of him lol. I was inlove by the sound of it when josh switched to those zildjians. So yeah, hope to see josh and issues performing again here in the Philippines.
