The sound quality matches the song writing quality, which also matches their performance here. Rarely ever does one see a live video of this caliber on UA-cam.
+EntangleMyWebs The audio has some post processing on it (aka its been mixed more) so a live performance isn't always gonna sound this good. i don't say this to detract from Issues' performance though, the performance has to be good from the source, as it clearly was! They are definitely phenomenal

These guys have serious individual skills and there's a lot of chemistry in the music they make. Very good band.
I love that they include so much of their jazz and RNB prowess in music targeted mostly to a group of people which most likely rarely gets to hear any. They've got a very distinct and likable sound.

I got into their new record accidentally a few days ago.. It's seriously so good and SUCH a cut above some other bands in their scene musically. So many times an artist/band can't actually pull off live performances, and I am so happy to find out they are not one of those bands!! I mean, I had a feeling they'd be good live considering the musicianship heard on the record. But, yeah. This makes me happy. They are killin the game.

+Dony Setiawan It's mixed a bit differently since the two songs have kind of a different sound. I see what you mean though. Now that you mention it, I do wish the snare had a bit snappier of a sound to it. Luckily that's just a really minor thing though. I think it still turned out awesome. :)

There has to be some pitch correction on these vocals.. I know they're good live, i've seen them, but this is TOO good.
I'm sure it is ran through some effects, but probably not a pitch corrector. Tyler doesn't sing out of his range, so it isn't to difficult for him to sing almost perfect. He messes up on the live Blue Wall performance with some pitch issues.
PLEASE Tell they are not playing to backing track. I hear keys. Tylers vocals sound like they have just a little extra on them . Maybe its just me .
Every major band uses backing tracks. They're all playing their live instruments and singing their live vocals, there are just some extra things in there to fill everything out. Just some background harmonies, keys, and other minor extra sounds.

The minor things separate the men from the boys real musicians know what the fuck is up .
99% of the time even when you see a band that has a bunch of extra people on stage doing the extra stuff live, or even when some of the actual band members are doing harmonies or other things, there are still some extra things going on in a backing track. That's just the way it is with literally any major band or artist, unless it's an acoustic artist like Ed Sheeran. It doesn't discredit the band's performance at all. They're just trying to give the fans the best possible show and sometimes there are certain things that just need to be processed to get the right sound. You say you like NSYNC and they always had 100% of their music in the backtrack and only did the vocals live, so I don't understand what the problem is with bands just having a few background things going on. All of the main elements of their music are happening live.

+gabe mercedes He still writes with them, he just doesn't tour with them anymore. He was a producer before he joined the band and that's what he wants to do for his career, so he just quit touring to pursue that.

+Nick Simeone Yeah, I talked about it with Denis before Warped and he said that he was down, but that he wasn't allowed to grant permission for stuff like that because he was so new. And at the time I was doing videos for BryanStars and he's friends with Ben, and Ben is super involved in all the business stuff for the band, so I had Bryan talk to Ben and he was super chill and cleared everything. But I don't have Ben's number, so I don't have a way to get in touch with him myself, and management is always just super quick to deny stuff like that without even looking in to it, so it's tough.
