Dude, this was the first proper video of Tokay Geckos i have ever seen, thank you. I own one myself and i can only agree, that they are truely misunderstood. Mine is kind of a bitch towards me, but only, if i directly touch him. Still trying to get him tame though.

I have a bonded pair and one baby. I love them all! It is truly rewarding when the day come that they trust you enough to allow you to handle them.

I most definitely will!! I was just at an Expo here in Toronto this past weekend and there were few that I could have purchased for pretty cheap. I just don’t have a setup yet so I refuse to purchase without being prepared. I will be working on acquiring a setup before the next Expo. But I am excited.

Thanks so much for this video! This is my second (maybe third?) time watching it because you discuss some really great topics about tokays! I just rescued a trio from a reptile rescue this weekend that had been housed together and I was searching for info about co-habbing them. I think the females might be related but because they're from a rescue I can't be certain. They seem to get along but I'm going to start them off together in a more sterile and larger exo terra and see how they do. If the females start fighting I'll move the less dominant female out into her own cage. Can't say thanks enough for your great tokay info!

I house my pair in a vivarium with a ton of plants.... they have never destroyed a single plant.
