    Jun, I'd love to be invited to THAT party! Lots of prep [and dishes] but the end result looks well worth it! BTW this is what I make with the 'leftover' bits and pieces when I make sushi! Of course, sushi grade fish is not available to me, but scattered shredded crab sticks, sauteed/glazed spam cubes, and asparagus look pretty too! Next time, I'm adding Kinshi Tamago! Thanks for teaching me the proper name for it! =]
