The order may be confusing but technically you still have to file this unless you are in that organization that is in the lawsuit that is being appealed in Alabama. New LLCs and companies still need to do the fincen report and if you are doing reports maybe you need this identifier. Also the boi was not revoked it is just being challenged. Your videos are very helpful. I have a question though. I submitted for a new company (created in 2024) with 2 owners. I received a Reporting company FinCen ID. So I'm assuming that is the unique ID for just the company NOT the individuals. I need to submit for another company they own together now (established 2024 as well). If I do the same thing I did for the first company and upload their documents etc I am guessing I will get a new reporting company FinCen ID which will pertain to just that new company, right? If I wanted to avoid submitted the same information for any future companies I would just ask them to get their own individual FinCen Ids? I am just confused and wanting to confirm that what I got was a FinCEN ID for the company not the individuals.
An unrelated question: A US citizen works remotely for a US company and live in a another country as digital nomad. The country does not have a double taxation treaty with US. The works is done in the non-US country. So how is the wage taxed? In the US at normal rates? Or?
Don't US citizens just get taxed in the US even when they are not in the US? You just need to find out if you _also_ need to pay tax in the country you are in right now. Each country has different rules.

The final verdict may take years. For now only the plaintiff in Alabama doesn't have to file. Everyone else in the USA DOES have to file.
