    I presently have an Attorney who is telling me i don't need a NAICS Code for setting up my LLC properly so that I am able to present my LLC for credibility to position my LLC for being potentially approved for the most money as possible from both creditors and lenders at the best terms. I am aware of the DUNS have not applied for the 9 digit number just yet. Never heard of this new BIN number until having listened to your video upon that information. I asked the attorney about the NIACS Code ( i know the niacs code isn't required nor relevant in respect to LLC formation creating your business entity), his response was that its not needed period. Now i am having second thoughts upon letting him create my LLC, apply for EIN Number, DUNS Number etc now learning this here. When you indicated: 1) Business Name ; 2) Business Address ; 3) Business Phone Number ; 4) Business [NAICS Code] Industry information what all does that look like ? What do you charge for guiding as well assisting with getting these things properly in place as you spoke upon here in the video presentation? I think i am being misled and definitely lied to here.

    Hello just watched your video it's very informative I must say, a few question tho, is the dun number the next set after setting up your LLC? then the EIN # then the BIN #? and do I really need a BIN #? Thanks

      Thanks for watching our video. You set up your LLC first, get your EIN and then get set-up with Business Bureaus (D&B, Experian & Equifax). For DUNS number you can get it at creditsuite.com/DUNS. For the other 2 bureaus as soon as you have accounts reporting to them you will automatically have business profile.

    I’m opening a small restaurant and trying to get all my legal stuff together before opening, i got the EIN# and the business license as an LLC. When applying for the EIN i had questions so ended up talking to a person and they told me i needed a BIN# since i will have employees. Your saying i dont need to get it right away, and one will auto assign if i have vendors? Would US Foods or Franz Bakery or Pepsi Co count as said vendors? And do i need the BIN # before i open? Thanks in advance for any help

      Thank you for your comment. Yes that is correct, to get your Experian Business Experian Number (BIN) you need to intentionally apply for trade vendors that reports to Experian. Example of Trade Vendor is "Uline".

      Thank you for watching our video. Yes you need to because your Experian BIN is for you to have business credit profile and reports with them.

    How do I fix that Experian has multiple profiles for my business? They at least have a bin for location as personal address... And one for my real business address. When creditors pull my credit they are getting the very wrong profile for my business

      @CreditSuite  Рік тому

      It's a good practice to correct it directly with Experian.

      @@CreditSuite I am trying to. I sent in a few disputes explaining it with screenshots etc. Been trying to talk to live person but it's hard to get to business Experian. Took DNB 30 minutes to merge

    Where to get the actual 9 digit bin with Experian to be able to see the score?

    • @CreditSuite
      @CreditSuite  2 роки тому

      Thank you for watching our video. You will have it automatically once you apply for a vendor account that reports to Experian same goes with Equifax. To check your business credit score you can use a business credit monitoring service like NAV. We also offer monitoring service for D&B, Equifax and Transunion for only $24.00, more info at creditsuite.com/monitoring. Hope this helps.

      Thank you for your comment. Generally, it is recommended to obtain a DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) number first before applying for a BIN (Business Identification Number). This is because a DUNS number is a unique nine-digit identifier required by many lenders and vendors to evaluate your business's creditworthiness, while a BIN is a more internal identification number used primarily by the IRS and the state government for tax purposes. Additionally, having a DUNS number can help to establish your business's credit profile with the three major credit bureaus - Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion - which can pave the way for better credit terms and more favorable lending opportunities in the future.
