I went to the root of my problem. I changed my diet. I realized that food intolerances were triggering my eczema , particularly Dairy and the Corn Protein (High Fructose Corn Syrup , Corn Starch , etc.). Different people may be sensitive to different foods (Soy , Wheat , etc.) I basically used the process of elimination to figure it out. Read food labels. The food ingredients that show up again and again on a daily basis are often the main culprits. The more variety in your diet the better. I also drink Nettles tea for my allergies and eczema. I see a Doctor in Integrative Medicine. He is worth the money.

They will do something different than Mainstream Medicine. Be prepared to talk with these doctors a long time about your diet and lifestyle. They might have you keep a food diary. It may sound like work , but in the end IT IS WORTH IT. Instead of feeling fine you might wind up feeling outstanding.

Hello 👋 Having eczema is really annoying and will turn out your mood in an instant especially when you are exposed to an environment with changing temperature too hot/too cold. Using different creams or medications is a big risk in this kind of condition without prescribed of an expert. If you experience this like mine i do consult first to a dermatologist. After that she suggested 3 medications and after applying it for 1 week my eczema was gone i do apply it continously so that it will never get back again. Hope this helps that you need to consult a professional dermatologist first before doing or taking actions
Is it a steroid ointment. The medication that you apply?? And you said you apply it daily. So isnt that causing side effects? Like thinning of skin. Addiction etc??

I used the La roche-posay lipikar balm along with the la roche-posay hydrating gentle cleanser. In the past I used the Walgreens advanced moisturizing cream with the mustela no rinse cleansing water. These products made and incredible difference. My sons’ eczema are gone!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their skins is back to being smooth. We completely gave up on steroid which incredibly ruined their skins. My son had a crazy amount of harsh and severe eczema all over his body and now it’s completely gone due to those products. Give it a try and let me know in the comment how it helped. We’ve tried aveeno, aquaphor, eucerine and so much more none of those worked!!! Do not, I repeat please stay away from steroid. It thins the baby skin helps a bit at first but creates a nightmare later. My son skin became so thin from steroid used to pick him up all bloody from daycare after he scratched himself. Please stay away from steroid. If the creams I wrote worked for my sons severe conditions, it will probably work for anyone.

Hi, if anyone tried many treatments and their eczema wouldn't go away, it is probably cuz of sugar consuming, I took treatment they worked however I still had an ache around my arm, I quit sugar for a week I guess and the ache were actually gone, I didn't even need to use any cream or treatment anymore
@@natalierene1 Hey, try using gauze. Soak them in cold water for about 5 minutes, then wrap your eczema with it and then put a dry layer of clothes on. I find that moisture helps to soothe and heal eczema. Good luck!

For all having egczema as like me the best part is that if u soak the allergic area with saline water like 1 tub with 1 spoonful of salt is the best it sakes your area and gentally dry it with a towel and regularly do this twice a day for max to max 5 minutes . But if the part can't be soaked then I suggest to get cotton and dip it in the solution and rub the skin gentally .then u may do the medic care as required. Having it on my feet I did this for 3 weeks straight and 1st week I saw a lot difference and by my second week all my wounds were cleared and I continue this until now and my egczema is about to get cleared in 2 to 3 months but after that also you have to soak in the solution in 2 days or so. Even I have a lot of eczema but I do some things that make my skin feel better. I have some really good tips. Tips: 1- Wash the infected skin with cold water. It really helps sooth me. 2- Don't eat a lot of cheese as it makes my skin flare up. 3- Don't eat a lot of battered foods. 4- Also try and put vaseline on your skin it really softens the dry skin. 5- Also don't use shampoo that have smell in them and don't let the shampoo come onto your body as it irritates the infected parts of the body. 😀

guys, here are some other treatments other than "apply more moisturisers/dont scratch lol!" check for allergies with a professional. some common allergies are dustmites, mold, zinc, dairy and harsh soaps/detergents(many more that i cant be bothered to include) get 15-30+ minutes of sunlight, if not take vitamin d supplements eat probiotic rich food like yoghurt, tempe, kimchi if not, eat probiotic supplements alongside fruits and vegs in order to feed the good bacteria. use hypochlorous acid spray/bleach baths to get rid of staph bacteria. if you're not sure if you have staph infection, just try anyway it might alleviate your symptoms cut your nails shorter so it wont damage the skin as much. all the best guys, please love yourselves and try to take small steps.

Be careful with those creams. Search up Topical Steroid Withdrawal. I learnt about it a few days ago! Horrible stuff. Search, from a credible source, the effects of those steroid creams. My doctor didn't tell me about all the effects (but my fault for not searching it up). Those creams never completely worked for me and when they did and I stopped using them for a few days to give my skin a break the eczema showed up again like nothing happened. I went to the root of my problem. I changed my diet. I realized that food intolerances were triggering my eczema , particularly Dairy and the Corn Protein (High Fructose Corn Syrup , Corn Starch , etc.). Different people may be sensitive to different foods (Soy , Wheat , etc.) I basically used the process of elimination to figure it out. Read food labels. The food ingredients that show up again and again on a daily basis are often the main culprits. The more variety in your diet the better. I also drink Nettles tea for my allergies and eczema. I see a Doctor in Integrative Medicine. He is worth the money.

I used the La roche-posay lipikar balm along with the la roche-posay hydrating gentle cleanser. In the past I used the Walgreens advanced moisturizing cream with the mustela no rinse cleansing water. These products made and incredible difference. My sons’ eczema are gone!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their skins is back to being smooth. We completely gave up on steroid which incredibly ruined their skins. My son had a crazy amount of harsh and severe eczema all over his body and now it’s completely gone due to those products. Give it a try and let me know in the comment how it helped. We’ve tried aveeno, aquaphor, eucerine and so much more none of those worked!!! Do not, I repeat please stay away from steroid. It thins the baby skin helps a bit at first but creates a nightmare later. My son skin became so thin from steroid used to pick him up all bloody from daycare after he scratched himself. Please stay away from steroid. If the creams I wrote worked for my sons severe conditions, it will probably work for anyone.

Hi, if anyone tried many treatments and their eczema wouldn't go away, it is probably cuz of sugar consuming, I took treatment they worked however I still had an ache around my arm, I quit sugar for a week I guess and the ache were actually gone, I didn't even need to use any cream or treatment anymore

1) applying bandages on them for atleast 5 days
2)moisturize your skin daily

For all having egczema as like me the best part is that if u soak the allergic area with saline water like 1 tub with 1 spoonful of salt is the best it sakes your area and gentally dry it with a towel and regularly do this twice a day for max to max 5 minutes . But if the part can't be soaked then I suggest to get cotton and dip it in the solution and rub the skin gentally .then u may do the medic care as required.
Having it on my feet I did this for 3 weeks straight and 1st week I saw a lot difference and by my second week all my wounds were cleared and I continue this until now and my egczema is about to get cleared in 2 to 3 months but after that also you have to soak in the solution in 2 days or so.

Even I have a lot of eczema but I do some things that make my skin feel better. I have some really good tips.
Tips:
1- Wash the infected skin with cold water. It really helps sooth me.
2- Don't eat a lot of cheese as it makes my skin flare up.
3- Don't eat a lot of battered foods.
4- Also try and put vaseline on your skin it really softens the dry skin.
5- Also don't use shampoo that have smell in them and don't let the shampoo come onto your body as it irritates the infected parts of the body. 😀

I have atopic skin and it is on eye upper part and it from unknown sources.I have went through medication from 2 years but is not useful to me. They have given some medication and cetafil as face wash. I am not trying any other lotion from last 3 years except Hydronic Moisturizer.

guys, here are some other treatments other than "apply more moisturisers/dont scratch lol!"
check for allergies with a professional. some common allergies are dustmites, mold, zinc, dairy and harsh soaps/detergents(many more that i cant be bothered to include)
get 15-30+ minutes of sunlight, if not take vitamin d supplements
eat probiotic rich food like yoghurt, tempe, kimchi if not, eat probiotic supplements alongside fruits and vegs in order to feed the good bacteria.
use hypochlorous acid spray/bleach baths to get rid of staph bacteria. if you're not sure if you have staph infection, just try anyway it might alleviate your symptoms
cut your nails shorter so it wont damage the skin as much.

It’s hard cause you can’t wear makeup like other girls. You don’t feel pretty and are scared you are not considered a "pretty girl” whatever that means.
You can wear makeup if you are careful. It’s annoying because you can’t get the makeup that normal girls would use. I would suggest Clinique moisture surge for a base cream and Estée Lauder makeup but obviously test a bit before you put it on your face Xxx

Eczema is a tricky condition to deal with! Jatyadi oil from planet ayurveda are very helpful and there are also things you can do within your diet to help as well.

Be careful with those creams. Search up Topical Steroid Withdrawal. I learnt about it a few days ago! Horrible stuff. Search, from a credible source, the effects of those steroid creams. My doctor didn't tell me about all the effects (but my fault for not searching it up). Those creams never completely worked for me and when they did and I stopped using them for a few days to give my skin a break the eczema showed up again like nothing happened. I want to get to the root of the problem not cover symptoms.
