    Noida ghar resale pe lena hi sari dardi hai, kyuki ghar lease pe hote hai na ki freehold, aur is wajah se authority bhi owner hota hai. Jiski wajah se kuch jagah transfer charges are goes more than registry amount.

    Sir please ek video different property titles par banaye. Lease hold, free hold, POA, etc ke kya legal matlab hain aur inke fayde aur nuksaan bhi bataye please.

      Aisa nahin hai, aap wait kijiye abhi Greater Noida ke plot saste honge tab le lena. But jab rate saste honge tab ye soch kar mat bhaag jaana ki ab aur saste honge rate.
