It really helps, I followed all those steps and it’s made the world of a difference. I also take Digezyme tablets which help you break down the foods that make you bloat and helps you break it down and absorb the nutrients better.

When I stopped eating bread, rice, pasta, pizza and white sugar, my tummy went completely flat. The problem I can’t stop dairy food.

I cant wait to move out and start shopping for myself. My family thinks I'm weird for eating kimchi and other "asian" foods but I love it and it's so good for me. I've always struggled with my weight and bloating and I'm sure the typical modern american diet full of gluten, dairy, and processed foods is half the problem.

I went off dairy as per your suggestion on many videos (and after doing a little extra research) and my skin cleared up. I stopped getting painful cystic acne and I also feel like I have more energy.

@@noname-xs4jh depends for me!! I like oat milk for coffee and cooking (nice and creamy!!!) and almond milk for things like cereal that I will have straight up without cooking :)
I am 100% gluten free, and 90% dairy free... I feel so much better. My IBS and everything is much better. I noticed that if I have any gluten at all I feel sick, sluggish, and so tired, and weighted down.

I’m a 16 y/o girl and belly bloats a lot as well. Sometimes it gets a bit less, but usually after eating it expands again. During my period it’s also worse. Gonna get it checked out at my GP’s office to be sure.

I’m not celiac/lactose intolerant but I cut off dairy and gluten (only eat it if I’m out having dinner or at a special event). Ever since doing so I noticed a HUGE difference in my belly bloat, that and my acne significantly improved. I only break out now if it’s that time of the month or if I eat a lot of dairy. This is definitely true.

Thank you for these tips ! I have IBS and the bloating is part of my daily life ☹️, I recently started taking IB Guard which are capsules containing very tiny spheres made of concentrated mint it really helps. I also juice pineapple and mint leaves and it helps with the bloating as well. I wasn’t sure how much mint tea to take a day ( I usually have one after every meal ) and what is the right concentration for probiotics. Thank you for this information very educational !

Hi Dr. Youn, great content! This is good to hear because I stopped dairy last year and my belly completely changed. I do low gluten as much as I can and drink peppermint tea on a regular basis. I wasn't sure about probiotics but I just started taking them for about a week now. Hopefully, I will keep the flat belly I have before I eat everyday. Thank you!

My Belly Bloat has been AWFUL during the holidays. I've had half my pancreas removed, which doesn't help with my digestive system. I think a Probiotic would really help me! Thank you and Merry Christmas, Dr. Youn!
Your the most helpful doctor on UA-cam. Hands down. Everyone else talks waaaaay too much about the issues not enough SOLUTIONS. Thank you I feel like I should have paid for this. But it’s just basic lifestyle and cultural and modernization all of that, that has changed the way humans eat. I appreciate you for this. Thank you thank you. My husband and I tried to go over foods that we eat daily in American diet and we couldn’t think of any that contain fermented recipes lol. We are headed to get kimchi and sour krout right now. I am lactose so I know that makes me bloat but suddenly bread and water and pretty much everything that I smelled made me bloat lol. And it’s too the point it hurts my back and I look 6 months pregnant I have 2 children I’m not over weight and they ask me are you pregnant mommy as well as complete strangers. So again thank you I’m trying this TODAY. I was actually thinking of getting tummy tuck but As I thought about it that would be counter productive as the bloating wouldn’t go away lol.
Hi Dr. Youn, I am so glad I watched your video. All these years since a young girl even before children I have struggled with bloating and then as an adult also began with IBS mostly due to stress. Not one doctor took the time to explain what you did on your video because now I feel more hopeful there is something I can do about it. One question since I have IBS, I get really awful stomach cramps if I am not careful with my diet so I am a little afraid of probiotics. Is there one or two in particular you can recommend? My sincere Thanks to you for explaining so clearly and I have already started the exercises because I was born with a sway back. And I know it got worse with childbirth. Gluten and dairy free has helped me tremendously! I was getting sick a lot and I thought there was something terribly wrong with me and though i might need surgery, medicine and so on. But it turns out, all that I needed to do was to stop eating dairy and gluten and my body is feeling so much better! My immune system is stronger than ever.

I have tried everything! I am lactose intolerant, I have no issues with gluten, I've been tested for all kind of stomach issues since I used to have really bad problems. I eat as healthy as possible, work out 2-3 days a week, a personal trainer gave me exercises for my mid area since it's the largest part of my body and I don't notice a difference. Went to the dr, had 2nd & 3rd opinions, they tell me to stay away from diets, I'm now considering some non invasive surgeries (I live in mainland W.Europe, not the US). It's driving me crazy. I'm 5´4 and wear a size 8/10 UK (4-6 US I think) and my stomach is the largest area.
