    Surya Mudra is a Sanskrit term where Surya means ‘sun’ and mudra means ‘gesture’. It is a combination of agni tatvam and prithvi tatvam. It is one of the hasta mudra.
    When ring finger is folded and joined to the root of the thumb and is slightly pressed by thumb, surya mudra is done, keeping other 3 fingers straight.
    Do this mudra for 30 minutes each in morning and evening.
