    This video is so under rated. I love data too. You are a master of the excel. I have a humble, cluttered excel that I keep notes and some numbers on. For leafy greens, I estimate how many cups they are. Super rough estimation, sure. But WOW they are worth a lot. I take my harvest and compare to grocery store prices to estimate how much my garden harvest was worth because I was spending alot on infrastructure, so I wanted to justify the expenses. The garden has paid for it self by far every year. I LOVE how you're averaging start dates, planting dates, frost dates, etc. I also have been tracking the dates I start things and harvest them, but I never thought to merge the data into a more useful trend. I could go on and on, but I have limited time. Summary - WOW! Hard work, but very useful

      I never thought of maybe doing a rough estimate for the leafy greens. I might have to borrow that idea. And I do think it is interesting to see how the garden is paying off each year. May be borrowing that as well. 😉
