However, seeing this I definitely see my tunnel visioning habit in full display. It’s definitely improved a lot a I’m finally in a PvP clan and we coach each other. I’m gonna be studying that clip for a while.
THIS is the video ive been waiting for. Ive spent thousands of hours in csgo and my aim is fairly good, but my movement is kinda meh and my positioning is terrible lol
Something to add in clip two. He challenged with heavy and paid the price, but his teammate had pooped dawn blade and slays that hammer bro. If he had back away instead to allow them to work on the titan together they could have taken him down with no deaths and now have heavy. I love this series man! I’m learning so much! Thank you. 👌
I agree on the first clip. I punish a lot of player when they play gorilla shotgun. Especially feltwinters user, literally I like them like to use shotgun instead of a primary fight . U can catch them lacking by easily mid and far range. Even if they get cover but the time I get their I half already 2 tap them or grenade them out of cover
this is why i love this channel. dude knows the difference between condescending, and educational. he's not out to make anyone feel small. he's giving insights into his experiences to help expedite newer players, or help those who feel like they hit a wall.
When I first saw that sidezz play with the omegamind stasis melee, I hollered at the screen. I really enjoy both your and sidezz's content and I'm glad to see the shared content.
I'm about 6 minutes in, and I'm loving it. The reason is that in spite of always hearing the advice "record and watch your gameplay", some of us just aren't capable of that. My gaming laptop won't let me record with Shadowplay, for instance. For me, being able to watch you review other people's footage is the next best thing.
Great video dude. I’m not a player who needs these videos the most, but I’m sure a large part of your community appreciates and values them. Its also just really cool to see you break down your own and others clips to see what is going right and wrong!
Just want to tell you how helpful these videos are. So many of the points you make I already know in the back of my mind, but the way you and the players you bring on are able to articulate the different situations it’s like a light bulb moment and helps to solidify the concepts in my brain... and it also gives me better ways to explain things to the people I’m trying to help coach. I know how much hard work goes into planning and then editing these videos and I just wanted to say thank you!! And I hope this pays off for you so we can continue to get valuable content like this ❤️ -EdgiestThunder (PS5 Titan main)
This was actually a great vid. I'm a pretty decent shot but often find myself in sticky situations bc I can be a little too aggressive... whenever you go back and show what you should have done is a great teaching tool as well. Keep up the great work and I'd love to see a series!
This was very informative, and relatable. I've found myself in these positions quite often, this def gives me a different way to approach engagements. Always a pleasure sure keep teaching ill keep learning 👍🏾🖖🏽
Very much would like to see this as a series it's always useful to try and take in new info and learn new techniques in a chill manner like your videos
Great video, I appreciated you referencing to graphical drawing of the crucible maps to understand the locations better. I found extremely helpful where you showed us the information on the screen and how to use It effectively (The heavy ammo 13:00). I'm sure it's obvious to long time players that grew with the game and seen it slowly evolve but I would love to see more of that, it's the teach a man-to-fish type info that immediately improves my game in multiple situations.
I've been sending these videos to my friend. He's new to Destiny 2 and these videos really help him. Especially when he doesn't wanna listen to me lol. Great content!
You wanna force yourself to think about using cover more and turning 2v1s into 1v1s? Try using bows more. You MUST be good with those two aspects to be a good archer and not get killed.
Great video, this is a super good idea for a series! Also I loved the Apathettic part at the end, it was almost like a mini Apa video. Apa when are you coming back? D:
Again patty every time I get stuck on something you come up with the new new crispy guides to make me even more sweaty much peace and love! Also thank you for making these guides they really help
I'm new to destiny pvp and pretty bad, but I'm having enough fun to put in the time to get better. These clip videos are super helpful. I've started recording some of my matches so I can analyze my play outside of the chaos of the moment. That has been the most helpful thing for me outside of just getting more time in each map to learn the flow.
Thanks for taking a look at a bit of my gameplay Pat. I dont know why i play as brainless as i do. If i just used some of the info that popped up in the match i definitely would be a lot better off in pvp.
I only play Destiny pvp for the rewards, not because I'm having fun. After last week playing both IB and trials on all three characters I needed this. So many deaths trying to get heavy ammo that the rest of my team just let them have. So many deaths due to pushing way too hard without knowing the whole team was pushing from the other way. Throw in a few cheeky spawn flips where I get clapped because I didn't see the map info, and I was close to breaking my controller. I watched a bunch of the vids where Cerridius or another PvP God chat about why they play the way they do, and just general advice like not constantly complaining after dying. Very helpful for people like me.
After watching video I considered my crucible play today as practice for centering and positioning. I found that I consistently came in 3rd or 4th in sixes instead of giant swings. Really helpful video. Thank you.
Please make this a series!! Hearing points about improvement is one thing, but seeing them implemented in combat (especially by someone that isn't perfect) is another entirely. That said of course, there's definitely still a very meaningful place for the 1 on 1 talks- kind of like lectures vs labs. Great video!
when i just started jumping around randomly jumping around i greatly reduced the times i get sniped, picked off, and made my opponent miss almost at the start of every engagement. it struck me that suddenly everyone expects you to be mostly on the ground and by making them look around you instantly have an advantage in the fight
Awesome, imo. If you pause during initial playthrough you give the viewer the ability to guess the next movement from opponent and we can see if our decision would have panned out. You can explain why a certain movement may have been too risky or what the better decision would have been. Thank you for this.
Yeah mate, keep this stuff up. Ever since I watched your collab with sidez, I watched all the others, even if I only took one point away, like castle saying if they land one shot on you, 9/10 you've lost, so get into cover, reset. To you and apa saying turn 3v1s into 1v1v1v1. I've gone from a above average to being able to beat streamers in Australia in 1v1s
Something I always do when fighting a nade launcher or rocket laincher is jump to a side and then, confuse the enemy using strafe jump to the other side right after he realizes the direction im going in the first jump.

Hey, I loved the video! I was wondering if you could do a dedicated video for stasis countering? If you've already covered the basics, could someone tell me what video it's on?
Something I feel should also be mentioned about the first player is they're playing too close to their other teammates, basically on top of them. Normally this is an issue where you can easily bump each other messing up one another's shot, or worse accidentally pushing a teammate out into the open. With Stasis in the game this becomes even more dangerous for you're all an easy target to get grenaded and shatter dived on, supered, etc. I see this as another mistake in players movement where those lesser experienced think there's safety in numbers when huddled up, when in fact it's a recipe for an easy wipe.
I'm sure this is going to highlight just how little I play pvp, but at 20:47 what is that visual effect that runs along the ground towards Apathettic from the enemy he just picked off? Is it some mod that he's using or is THAT what grants people overshields for getting a kill?
