Hello everyone,welcome back to my channel.Today I am sharing with you how to make churros in sinhala.Churros are the one of the popular dessert in Mexico. They're crispy on outside, soft and fluffy on inside. If you are wondering how to make churros at home, In here I am going to teach you step by step how to make perfect churros at home.
Fresh homemade churros are the best dessert. You will need only few ingredients to make this yummy churros recipe.
Churros are great party snack ideas everyone can make at home. You could make long churros or shorter ones for small bites.
Note:
If you don't have a piping bag you can use zip lock bag or plastic bag

අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය
වතුර කප් 3/4 (185ml )
බටර් මේස හැඳි 2
සීනි මේස හැඳි 1
පාන් පිටි කප් 1
ලුණු ස්වල්පයක්
බිත්තර 2
වැනිලා තේ හැඳි ¼
බැද ගැනීමට තෙල්
තැවරුම සඳහා
සීනි
කුරුඳු කුඩු තේ හැඳි 1
හෝ
චොක්ලට් සෝස්
Ingredients
Water 3/4 cup(185ml)
Butter 2 tbs
Sugar 1 tbs
All purpose flour 1 cup
Pinch of salt
2 Eggs
Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp
Oil for frying
For Coating
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Sugar
or Chocolate dipping sauce
