Great podcast brother. I agree that the enneagram should be entirely avoided, but I have a hard time separating the enneagram from yoga and halloween. If all are founded in false religion (demonic) and you are referring to symbology from them being used in modernity, how is it different? If you are still calling it "yoga" you are doing the stretches by the same name used in "yoga" you are in fact doing "yoga" and if you are still dressing up in occultic disguises during "halloween" and calling it "halloween", you are celebrating "halloween". So i agree that if you want to use stretching to correct your body or have a harvest festival so celebrate the Lords harvest i think that is great, but there should be zero connection to yoga or halloween in either case or else you are acknowledging the foundation of those traditions in demonic false religion and are participating in syncretism which weakens our doctrine. It's mind boggling how he demonizes the ennegram (which I say he is correct to do) but excuses away the other two!! And we as Christians already DO have a fall festival we can celebrate, it's called Thanksgiving 😉

You are right about the enneagram; however, Halloween and yoga are not divorced from its origins either. All three (enneagram, Halloween, and yoga) are not good and are demonic in nature. Flee from all three is what I would urge people.
Great episode! Podcast could get real spicy if Kyle continues looking into rabbit holes that is all biblically based. Yogo and Halloween should not be observed or used by Christians as the devil doesn't care about your "intentions." We should die on a hill that is all written in the word from God. If not we will become lukewarm, say this is ok this is not ok even though the bible is explicit on both those things.

I got to the point where he is defending yoga and it is unfortunate because he is clearly not very educated on this topic at all. In fact, the same people whom he is getting his ennegram information from(correctly) will also tell you yoga cannot be separated from it's religion because it is a physical practice designed to create a spiritual outcome of "enlightenment" or "oneness." You can't simultaneously believe that evil is real and demons exist and then say you can separate a demonic worship practice away from the spiritual aspect and just use it for "stretching" and physical benefits. Both the enneagram and yoga are new age trash...and "creeping" into the church is a massive understatement. They have crept and they have planted themselves as a festering wound in the church. Holloween is often cited as it's origins being pagan (Samhain) but many others claim it has Catholic roots in "all hallows eve". Frankly, dress up in costumes for fun and call it something other than Holloween and does anyone really care? No, not really. Does our modern culture take Holloween as an opportunity to glorify death and perversity? Of course. What else do you expect from a fallen world? I recommend Steven Bancarz for a deep dive on Yoga and frankly, who cares about Holloween? If you have a concern then follow your conscience and obstain. Otherwise, don't be a stumbling block for your brother who might have concerns that you don't have.
Thank you for sounding the alarm on the Enneagram! Too few western Christians know anything about these facts. We need to be way more discerning about the practices we let into the Church. You might consider doing a deep dive into yoga, especially from the perspective of former Hindus. You might change your mind on it as well 😁
Not that I disagree with your message of caution, however I feel the immediate jump to "active writing" and similar practices gets one in contact with demons is extreme. Would you explain your reasoning for this? Where in the scriptures writings that Christ is Lord of Heaven, defeated Satann causes demons to flee, and that all wisdom and discernment of the Truth comes down from God makes you believe the power of Christ's blood can't redeem these practices?
You need to know what automatic writing is before asking that. It's an actual thing occultists use to channel demons for their own benefit. Terminology is everything.
