Chef, I have a problem. Since I have started following your channel and begin to cook at home, the wife don't even want to go near the kitchen anymore. Boss man, I need a break out of the kitchen!!!🤣🤣🤣 It's all good though my brother. You are doing an excellent job at educating us with your great culinary skills. I am yet to spoil a meal that I have followed your instructions on how to prepare it. My confidence level in the kitchen has shot to the point where I am inviting guests over for dinners. They seem to enjoy recipes as they have gone for second and third servings. Of course I have also shared where I got the receipts for so they can follow you and probably invite me over for dinner so I can get a break from the kitchen.
Much love and respect and safe travel pan di gravel....

You are such a talented chef - and beautiful. Why aren't you on T.V?? Not only that, but you really understand about visual presentation!! You know exactly what you are doing when it comes to style, colour and editing. Your videos are the whole package. You are so professional. Your talent needs to be supported by a Jamaican T.V. company.

Well done Morris, where I live in the Uk it's hard to get good salt mackerel so got fresh fillets of Mackerel wash and salted for 2 hours only, until ready to cook and it was very good, tasted just like my gran use to make in Jamaica. My 88 year old dad loved it, but he's a bit bias - lol - All because of you.

🇺🇸🇬🇧 Hello Chef Morris 🤓. This is my first time seeing and watching your channel and I'm sure it won't be the last. I'm sold .. what a lovely and vibrant young man you're ? Very clean and detailed cooking/ preparation. I love your vibes, I'm very pleased. I love your English entwined with the Jamaican Creole . I must tell you that I'm not a food or person. However, I like chicken, lobster, shrimp crab and fish. So, now that you're sending me in the kitchen to learn to cook Jamaican food 🤓. I will be trying the pig tail and the chicken soon. Son, God has blessed you with a wonderful talent . You've got many more as well, use them. Keep striving for the best. The sky is the limit, continue to be an inspiration to the youths . Too many of our youths are in jail or doing drugs, stealing ,gangs etc. I'm one mother and grandmother who is very proud of you, you've my prayers and my blessings.

I'd never heard of mackerel rundown until I saw it in this channel while looking for a Jamaican curry chicken recipe. My local market had whole brined mackerel and Goya coconut cream is a grayish hodgepodge, but the dish still turned out AWESOME. I'm going to keep checking other markets for salt mackerel and other brands of coconut cream so I can try it properly. Thanks for the great recipe!

Yes my chef my Jamaican Chef my truth you speak it from the heart from the Homeland I like you run Don of course everybody household in Jamaica is different so let me give me a little bit of how my mom did it,🇯🇲🏃 and I grew up 👍 what she did,👍👆 was she soak the Mackinac just like the saw sawfish and then she should prepare the onions which is white onion and a little bit of these sweet onion combined,👍😊 and then make sure it saute and cook down add the hot pepper coconut oil and then she and herbs also fresh garlic minced cooked on then she add the coconut milk in a can combine everything together then add the macro , then you cook your banana you dumpling 👌 enjoyable rundown of it is interesting to and it's good I want to try I want to come by my mom's recipe and yours and see what happened I'll let you know thank you Chef you're the best
