I love this video I still watch it 2 years later and I love how they turn from normal people that explore abandoned/haunted places into everyone’s favourite history teachers
I think by now they are no longer the normal type of people who go out to Dracula's castle, Wilson castle, the Conjuring house and many more locations capturing spirits and demons. It's so beautiful yet so dangerous because you don't know who or what is going to follow you back home.

I believe the spirit they're talking to in the 58:00 scene is a strigoi that cannot come inside of the house, hense it saying 'Cannot" and all of the noises outside. Also, when it said falling down, I was thinking falling down a spike they were impaled with.

One of the only unifying bits in vampire lore is that sunlight is dangerous to vampires, but that’s there for a reason. Aside of the reason for making vampires pure creatures of darkness, a weakness of sunlight balances their strengths. For example, in Interview With The Vampire, sunlight turns them into ashes. In Buffy, they catch fire and burn to death. But here in Twilight, they just appear as if they’re covered in glitter. Stephanie Meyer tried to make a universe in which vampires could coexist with humans but could still be seen as “misunderstood” and “pretty”, ignoring that Anne Rice(RIP) and others had already beaten her to it. It doesn’t strengthen them and it doesn’t drain their powers. Sparkling doesn’t really do anything for these “vampires”. It just makes them stand out. The whole idea is worse than inconsequential. Having them sparkle in the sun also takes away any natural threats. They might have to face. In fact, aside from other vampires, there are almost no way that any “vampire” can die in the Twilight series. Vampires in most stories are super powerful creatures that could easily overpower and kill any human in cold blood, so in order to make a story more entertaining and plausible, you have to counter the strengths and powers vampires are given. Twilight does not do this. If vampires don’t face any threat or aren’t really threatened at all, then they become the most boring of all monsters. In Twilight, the only way to kill a “vampire” is rip them to pieces and burn them. A wooden stake won’t do it, decapitation won’t do it, starvation won’t do it, and sunlight won’t do it. If you put an overpowered character in a world without any challenges, then all you’ve done is set the pedestal so high that nothing will threaten that character. In other words, no challenges means no conflict, and no conflict means no story. Stephanie Meyer just got lazy, randomly thought the sparkling idea through, then panicked when she realized that she had to explain things in her story, and just let out an ugly mangled mess. Lacking death by sunlight takes away the biggest natural reason to avoid being a vampire. Overall, Stephanie Meyer clearly did not do any research on actual vampire lore.

Fun fact: The music box ghost hunting equipment sounds like it’s playing a tritone. Tritones historically were called “diabolus en musica” or the devil’s interval. It was even outlawed in sacred music during medieval times as the church thought it was too sensual of a sound and would bring about sin in the congregation.

This is one of my favorites locations that you guys have investigated/visited.
Growing up, my go to costume for every Halloween was Dracula.
Me and my three brothers use to be into all kinds of toy models, cars dinosaurs, and famous horror film characters. My oldest brother was into Frankenstein's Monster, then my older brother liked the Wolfman, then my younger liked the Mummy. I had a really nice Bela Lugosi Dracula, that got trashed when some neighborhood kid was jumping over our fence, and landed on my model as I was playing with it outside.
One of those, "remember it, like it was yesterday" moments.
I got excited when you were at Zak Bagons Museum, and there was an exhibit about Bela Lugosi. But this is the
"Creme de' la creme", so to speak. Love revisiting this video, every now and again.
The questionable tour guide/vampire, just put the cherry on top.
If you want to see a cool, modern movie on the subject, I'd recommend, Dracula-Untold.

I met a woman about 7 years ago she was born and raised there she told me the history and some family stories her family had been through and witnessed. It was a crazy story.
Another place that has a female vampire is Hungary, Elizabeth Bathory was a Hungarian woman who was forced to stay in her castle, she was a serial killer. I think that would be a pretty cool place to vist

Unusual phenomena, odd voices, unexpected lights, strange shades and a portal that provides access to parallel universes. others have said that tormented spirits are haunting the woods.

If you want a vampire, there is a woman, named Elizabeth Bathory in the 16th century which was a countess who used to bath in the blood of maiden to apparently retain her beauty and youth, she is considered as the first woman vampire who existed for real so here you go.

The story mostly took place in castle in Slovakia called Čachtice, it is rumoured that she was killed by being placed inside of the castle walls.
Is that the same woman who tortured black slaves in her house? Even though people didn't care how slaves were treated back then, neighbors still thought she was horrible and brutal and feared her. That's how bad she was.

As a Romanian, I would've loved to be there with you guys and help you translate the sounds on the Estes method! It is such a shame that you couldn't get more out of that just because of the language barrier, but you still got plenty of evidence, which was super awesome. I visited Bran castle as a child but I never thought there was anything supernatural to it, so this video was very intriguing, makes you wonder if there's any truth amongst all the myth.
I cannot wait for you to return to Romania, I'm sure there are plenty of other haunted locations to explore!

in my opinion i think colby has some form of connection to the supernatural whether it’s empath, spiritual or medium like. colby just always seems to pick up on things and the supernatural seems to really pick up on him.
