Chapathi making is a tedious process of mixing the dough, kneading it well, resting the dough for atleast 30 mins, rolling them out evenly and cooking on low flame? Not anymore! Soft and layered chapathi without having to rest the dough for more than 10 minutes and no kneading at all!!! Yes, That's right, no kneading and it doesn't even require a drop of oil.
