- Today we decided to visit a local water park, only 30 minutes from our farmstay. We knew it would be fun as we all enjoy swimming and splashing about but we didn't know we would have the place to ourselves! Even though it got busy later on, we still had a good couple of hours where it was just us and the kids absolutely loved it!
They serve food and drinks which was surprisingly good as usually the food at these places is a bit hit and miss but we thoroughly enjoyed it. They also hire out anything you can possibly think of for swimming i.e swimwear, armbands, floaties, goggles, life jackets, loungers and so on, there really is something for everyone! There are places the kids can play inside and outside as well as the water park itself so it's well worth a visit. Very affordable too!

It was so hot back in April that I went to my local water park with a couple Thai friends. I was surprised how clean the water was and though it was an older park, it was well maintained. The food was decent also. At 1:00pm a live band played until evening. Of course, this was when it was peak season and no school for most kids.
There seems to be many closed coffee shops around in Isaan. I think the owners forget that it takes a large volume of customers to stay afloat when you're charging 30-40 baht for a fruit smoothie and the majority of your customers are students.

Hi Guys, Waterpark, the kids will love it very impressive. Mallory getting more confident in the water. There is enough for the little ones to do there. The food looked good. Girls got good appetites indeed. Good fun for all the family bargain price for the day. Good varierty at the market. Busy day but enjoyable. Loved the vid guys 💗💗

The kids weren't tall enough to go on the bigger slides and if me and Camila had gone on them they would've had a meltdown 🤣

thanks for sharing i,ve been there a couple of times my partner lives about 10km from there just outside of prassat, i'm guessing you probably went past the huge tortoise on your way there, cheers

@@NativeFarang when i last went inside there wasn,t much inside it some stalls selling thai silk and other things, couple of coffee, but its huge inside might be some more inside now, and if your passing its only a few minutes out of your journey time cheers

Did you guys do anything to help them jump in the water? Mine loves to go in the water, but she's not brave enough to jump!
Just encourage them that you'll be there when they jump, you'll catch them if they want you to etc etc. Just positive comments and encouragement 😁
