And the Aussie bush fires are fricken terrible I know soo many friends that have been affected by these
fires. The smoke is soo bad that where I live which is in the city the smoke is absolutely terrible it’s givin me headaches almost every time I step outside and spend time outside plz help😢

This is so funny to see someone else jetlagged. I work as a flight attendant ✈️ so I totally feel you guys. You want to go to bed but actually have to stay awake cause it's daytime in the current country.
After the first flight to whatever destination I am flying to I always stay awake in their timezone and sleep for at least 9 hours in their night. When I come back to my home country I usually stay awake if i land after 11 am, but I take a 2-3 hour nap if I land earlier. And then I literally go to sleep at 7 pm and sleep til the next morning. For me that really works and by the next day I'm not really jetlagged anymore and I can carry on with my normal routine between flights. 😊

i really recommend anyone having trouble with sleeping getting a heavy blanket. it helps with anxiety and really calms ur body down and it very cosy which is a bonus 😀
