The last I looked my serpentera is still in pretty good shape for being in played with condition most likely cause it was a harder zord to play with cause of the size of it cause it was supposed to be bigger then the ranger zords on the show so it was a bigger zord in toy form as well so that could be why it’s still in pretty good shape
Got this recommended to me and it was really enjoyable! I had no idea what anything you said meant but excited to see you open a box of transformers since I actually know things about that XD.
For all of the parts that are damaged if one side is damaged you could always remold the good side and use it for a replacement to fix the broken parts
Does Tamiya extra thin work on the Power Rangers plastic? That seems like it would be a good way to glue some of those parts since it melts the plastic together.

I had that Pyramid as a kid. My dad hated it because it had a ton of decals that had to be applied if I remember.
