I take it you just stumbled up this? Essentially its a computer vs computer league for the playstation 2 game Dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 3. 16 teams based around a theme matched up in a Round robin style tournament. Tournament at the end of the season to determin a champion. Team supports choose the ai, build, characters, and lineup for their team.
Its niche but a lot of fun. Has been going on for a long time.
