My bed started getting louder and louder when using the massage function. After doing all these suggestions I removed two of the vibration motors and identified the bearings are severely worn and elongated due to the eccentric weight fixed to the motor shaft to create the vibrations. Our bed massage was used regularly and it worked well until the noise became unbearable, and have noticed the other motors are developing the same noise.

Mine makes a weird sound like it rattles and now it's not working anymore I did have this since 2019 so I know I'm probably due for a new bed but the cost is to much and wish Medicare could help pay for me bc I do have hip and scoliosis since I was in 6 grade I wish they would leave the messager on longer like chairs do have a timer for it or something bc it feels really good on my back and it puts me to sleep it gets annoying to keep pressing all the time . But I do love these beds it knocks me out.

I know it’s 8 months later BUT I’m case anyone else has this problem. You should be able to unplug it from the bed. Find the cable that runs from the massage box into the beds power box. Once you isolate that cable, just pull it out until you can get someone out to have a look at it. I’ve had to do it on mine. I have a different brand from Australia. I’m replacing the massager myself, I’m just trying to find some info before I do it and stumbled on here.
