Budget Target Stand

For all my friends that like to shoot check out this budget target stand I made out of PVC. 😁
Here's what you need.
3 - 10' sections of 1" PVC - $4.98 each
4 - 1" TEE $1.97 each
2 - 1" Elbows $1.48 each
4 - Clamps $0.99 each
1 - Poster Board $1.49
Cut each of the 10-ft sections in half.
Then you take two 5-ft sections. Cut those in half for the feet thin for each side. I cut that 5-ft section at 20" then add your tee for the bottom crossbar, then add the elbows at the top and then the two PVC sections that run in between are cut at the same length as the cardboard, hold it up to the elbows, cut that section and cut each cross bar at the same length.
All the prices are from Home Depot and Family Dollar in Southern Arizona so your prices may vary depending on your location.

use old blue jeans filled with local dirt.
used card board of restock day at you local food store, the cardboard box bicycles come in.
and a tin/wood stencils and cheap rattle can paint.

plastic pipe?
hope no wind.
i used 1/4 wall 2X 2 in angel and forget the size of steel tubing. welded up no wind problems. use cheap stick trim type of wood for the up rites and a stapler to hold the target to the up rites.
or a metal beam for the cross member and hang steel. or juns a folding pipe A frame to hang steel.
i do not have a perment place so everything needs to be packed in and out.

I like the PVC. It's super light. Easy to take out to the desert to the range wherever you're going. Very easy to transport and I stake it down so it doesn't matter if the wind blows. It's not going anywhere.
