They've aged, Dont expect them to be perfect not every band stays the same. Chinos Vocals have blown out multiple times and has just not able to do what he once was before. He could have retired years ago but he still puts in his efforts to give the crowd a good time.

La verdad, no es porque Linkin Park sea mi banda favorita ya que también amo todo el movimiento del Nu-Metal pero viendo a los vocalistas de estas bandas, Korn, Slipknot, Deftones, Limp Bizkit, pareciera que el único interesado en mejorar su técnica vocal fue Chester Bennington que a diferencia de los otros mejoró con los años en vez de empeorar, ejemplos, su época dorada de gritos fue de 2004-2009 y aunque obviamente el tiempo le jodió la garganta aún era decente en sus últimos años 2014-2017 mientras que por ejemplo Corey Taylor ya no, y ni hablar de Fred Durst o Chino Moreno. También como ejemplo está Linkin Park interpretando esta misma canción en 2002.

El nivel en vivo de deftones se ha vuelto absolutamente deficiente. Hace una década estos eran puta energía en los escenarios. Las drogas y su forma física han dejado a chino bastante mal. Y el bajista más que un scream parece que lo están violando analmente. Mucho por mejorar les queda para volver a su nivel.
Daniel Rodriguez Coppoolse he visto a deftones 9 veces en chile , las 9 que han tocado acá, ( 2001, 2007, 2011, 2012x2, 2015, 2018x3 ) y puedo decir que lo que dices es absolutamente subjetivo. La energía de deftones de chino es increible, y la saben transmitir a la perfección al público y ellos reciben ese impacto de la gente de vuelta , haciendo una retroalimentación, simbiosis, feedback, llámalo como quieras , potenciando cada performance.Y ni hablar del tremendo nivel de ellos como Músicos. Lógico, hay gritos que a chino ya no le salen como en los tours promocionales de cada álbum, tampoco me gustan todas las segundas voces melódicas que hace Sergio ( por ejemplo la de tempest) pero si las gritadas, ademas son espontáneos , a veces alargan canciones y pequeñas improvisaciones según lo que les indica el momento, haciendo que cada versión sea personalizada , única y distinta a la versión de estudio. Quizás eso es lo que no te gusta , pero para mi eso es mejor, porque sé que al igual que la gente que los está viendo ahí, en directo , ellos también están viviendo y disfrutando el momento. Están vivos y nos hacen sentir vivos . Quizás lo único que tenga que cuidar un poco chino es qué hay canciones menos populares ( no los singles) que cuando tenga que tocar guitarra y cantar descuida un poco la voz ( la línea vocal) por salir pulcro en la guitarra, pero como digo , es en algunas canciones, en algunas secciones de esas canciones y en un pequeño momento y algunas veces.

Vega's bass work is sick in this. I like that he's not trying to live up to Chi. Chi was/is my favorite but Sergio has his own style and it's dope.
