In this video we are going to travel from Florida to Upstate NY, as we start to film our major videos the fall colors of Vermont, New Hampshire, & Maine, perhaps give you some ideas for your next roadtrip up north. We are going to show Jacksonville, Rocky Mount North Carolina, a great bike route in Roanaoke Rapids, which follows the Underground Railroad. We’ll then explore Richmond, up to our nations capital to a mall where there is no shopping, but plenty of Inspiration. We then travel north to Wilmington Delaware and the City that used to be our nations capital. We head along the northeast corridor passing Newark and New York, and travel north to the Catskills and Poughkeepsie New York. Because we have to move fast, we wont do the full features on the city like we normally do, but show you some of the city and rest areas along the way, give some hotel info, and tips if you are traveling north in the eastern US. So hop in the Yukon with us as we leave the Sub Tropics of Florida and head to the fall colors of Upstate New York
My exhusband was stationed at the Pentagon, we used to ride horses at Quantico. Beautiful base. I did like living in Alexandria back in the day. Great video btw. Im glad you enjoy your time on a very long journey north 🙂🙃
yep Quantico is a nice area. Alexandria is very dog friendly. Didn't go there this time, but have enjoyed it in the past.
Interesting about riding horses 🐎
I’m so blessed by these videos... asides scriptures and worship songs ... I also come to your videos for leisure 😀
Thankyou, but yea worship songs first, then our videos
What a great adventure. Can't wait to visit upstate New York in the future. Looking forward to your New England videos. Great work.
We just moved to Tampa, FL from L.I., NY and this just made me homesick! .....still adjusting....
You'll eventually love Tampa. So many advantages over NY.
Gabriela Monge go back then
@@jonsmith6496 Thank you for your suggestion...completely rude but thanks anyway.
As always you will never cease to amaze me travel the country beautiful footage I really enjoy your videos looking forward to your way back from upstate New York back to Tampa see you when you get here have a blessed day

Another awesome video. It makes me want to take another road trip. I look forward to your next, fall colors of Vermont video. Thanks for sharing.
I appreciate that Matt.
Love the 301 ride from Richmond to Bowie, Maryland. Great videos!!!
Here I am watching your old videos in a loop, they are so beautiful.
I am honored, thanks Abdel
Loved this video, a little escapism I have to admit, Bella licking coffee from your fingers is so cute☺️
Can’t wait!!!
lol yep ... i know about Waldo .... every few feet there seemed to be another speed limit sign when i went through ... each change was like 20mph different from the last sign ... then they get you to slow down or something ... then your "20Mph UNDER the limit" ... a block or so later ... and your 20Mph OVER it
I'm from Richmond, Virginia.
Looking so forward to see this next videos 😃 Dreaming from Norway 🇳🇴
Great great video. Thanks and look forward to your new videos.

Your videos are always a pleasure to watch.
Thankyou for saying that.
Thanks for the video. I am starting from Tampa to New York as well. 👍
Well you picked a great time of year Rahul, you should see some incredible color as you start getting into VA, MD, NY. Have a great trip.
I-95 is most popular road in U.S.A, love it ❤️
I'm from Fayetteville NC I love 95
I took 95 from Maine all the way to Georgia on a truck route. Did hop off onto 295 or 495 to avoid major cities sometimes but also drove through some. Went through nyc, richmond, baltimore, avoided dc and philly
I live near Wilmington DE for work now and my general rule of thumb is to avoid 95 north of Richmond VA until you're north of Baltimore. Most of the time this means taking the eastern route across the WPL Memorial Bay Bridge by taking 301 North (from Richmond) and then to 50 East (turns back into 301 N) across the bridge until it connects back up to 95 N in Wilmington DE/Philly.
Going north of Wilmington to Philadelphia is usually easy, but can be a terror, avoid rush hour traffic on 95 between Philly/Wilmington at all cost!
Great 👍 video, awesome footage and information, you covered alot of miles and cities, but you did a great job 👍 👏 😀
From one Marine across the pond, to another. Great video, looking forward to the next one.
ooh-rahhhh, thanks for the nice words.
I discovered your channel a little while back and I gotta tell you....you do a great job. Great footage and excellent commentary. Love the little dog thrown in for cuteness. Thanks and I look forward to more
Thankyou, that is great to hear.
Simply amazing videos. You are def gifted at what you do. Thank you!
Thankyou Ward for the nice words
Bella is just so adorable! I thought it was so sweet how you share your vanilla latte together-AWWW. You must be a great person to take your dog on all the adventures in so many places. Oh, and of course I love the videos. So well put together and it's really great to be able to see places in depth and learn about the different areas. I am looking for a different place to live on the east coast of the USA. I am trying to find a place that is more affordable but nice...guess I want my cake and eat it to, seriously I cannot afford to live anywhere too up north plus do not miss the harsh winters. I have been staying with relatives in Naples, Florida but it's not for me-too expensive and a little boring for a single person. Have any videos on nice but affordable place from Florida up to NC? Thanks and say hello to Bella :)
yea Naples gets expensive, you might want to check out Lake City ua-cam.com/video/id2V1ABXoEM/v-deo.html , probably one of my favorite parts of Florida, although more inland although that can be good during hurrican season.
@@TampaAerialMedia Thank you!
ashland virginia along i 95 has railroad tracks through downtown like rocky mount
Amazing brother this vdo made my day ❤❤❤ because today is my birthday ❤❤❤😘😍🔥🇺🇸🎂 .Thanks
Ah, happy Birthday Amit. Take a nice nature walk, enjoy your day
@@TampaAerialMedia thanks bro 🌏
This is so relaxing
Love ur videos
Thankyou for the nice words.
19:28 Suffern, Rockland County. I’m from Rockland, born and raised. I attend UCF in Orlando but still live with my family there.
I hear you say we all the time but I only see you lol. Who are you traveling with?
my dog Bella, but my staff is many times whom I'm referring to, a secretary in the office taking care of business and our videographers and photographers who dont usually do the travel business with me, but they take care of all the weddings and events that allows me to travel
11:12 im surprised you didn’t mention that you drove past the Pentagon when entering into DC. It’s not really an interesting site driving past it at eye level because it looks like a regular building, but an areal view is the best way to view it in my opinion. But I’m also sure you’re not legally allowed to fly any drones around the Pentagon or in DC at all too. But for those who aren’t from the area at 11:29 he passes the Pentagon on I-395 just before crossing into DC on the 14th street bridge. If you use Google maps and do an areal view you’ll see it.
Love the video, new subscriber here.
Thankyou, yea I probably didnt cause didnt have a good shot of it...I do have a aerial when my plane flew over it
Great videos
Glad you like them!
You shoot awesome video
Thankyou for the nice words.
Nice footage. Agree I-80 around NYC good plan. Are there any apps for Rest Areas that you use? I-90 up thru Albany (The state Capitol worth a stop) to Adirondacks andca stop at Lake Placid beautiful.Continue to Plattsburgh NY and take 15 minute Grand island Ferry to South Hero VT near Burlington.
No I'm not aware of any rest areas. Yea true about upstate NY, I wish I would of had the time to film Albany, but NYs Covid restrictions were alittle more stricter than VT at the time of the shooting so we decided not to do much in NY, but it is very beautiful.
Great video thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
I like your music
Thankyou for the feedback
Just a quick note of you are going to visit Camden bring a armored car and a sub gun.
Nice trip
I've been watching a lot of travel videos, but Tampa aerial media is my favorite! Great narrative and excellent videography! Been planning to visit New England so can't wait for the next videos. All the best from your neighbors in Canada. God bless!
Thankyou for the nice words, great to hear from our friends across the border.
Heading north toward south Carolina they need to update those roads on I-95 the shoulder doesn't exist for MILES!!! everyone was hydroplaning in the rain. A fun drive otherwise lol
True
Planning to visit there on summer. I'm learning how to blog mybe tou can give me some tips.
i'd say just say what is on your mind, and give people information that you think they might be interested in.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Awesome journey. You should do Boston! Greatest city in the U.S
Yep, we certainly will. Have always wanted to do Boston. We haven't due to the air restrictions with Logan Airport being in downtown, but we still need to do it even if we have to use ground cameras.
You rock bud! Your videos are a treasure of information
Love your channel, few questions since planning same trip in reverse. Did you time when to hit DC-Philly etc to avoid traffic? How many hours a day did you drive? Have you driven inland route I-75 thru Atlanta on to 81? and would you advise night driving to reduce traffic. Much Tks👍
Yep we did plan to avoid Philly during Rush hour. Drove about 7-8 hours a day, would have done more but wanted to film as well and that slowed us down. The I-81 route is much more scenic, not really sure about which is faster. Once you get south of DC you can really put the pedal to the medal, just watch out for highway patrol in GA and can't use radar detector in VA.
Just be careful of I-95 between Fredericksburg VA and the Beltway as it is constantly congested with traffic
omg this makes poughkeepsie look..nice. No big hotels north of Hyde Park, visitors usually have to go to Kingston for lodging..You want a ezpass! stinkin govnor Andy (i won a covid emmy) raised all toll on bridges, thruways. no ezpass? bill is sent to the address of your license plate. about 1/3 more than ezpass cost. MANY report late fees already added by time they try to pay! Cash lane still on some bridges till begining of 2021
wow jacksonvill! I only been through north and south through the i95
I'm from Richmond now living in Tampa. Because of Covid, I wasn't able to go home for Christmas. I'm a little misty eyed right now.
hopefully you'll get to go home soon.
Amazing video. Can't wait to travel the north east again!!!!
Virginia is not the North
How is the new Denali performing? Mileage??
So far so good. Tested it at 80mpg and seems to get about 21 miles per gallon. I end up idling alot, when I'm flying the drones, and it doesn't seem to affect the mpg very much so have been pleased with it. No issues at all
Will you go all the way to the end I 95 ? last town is Houlton ME ,after this you can take route 1 keep north , to Fort Kent Maine , is Route 1 begin. I 95 and route 1 both road connect to Canada ....... we took from Maine to FL many times , fun .....
Yes we might, we are definately going to northern Maine
doing this trip after Christmas, any advice? i have a small Mitsubishi Mirage 2017
Dunn, NC is a good place to lodge, its cheaper, its safe, and plenty of fast food places, its just north of Fayetville
@@TampaAerialMedia Thank you !!! At this moment im spending the night at Savannah , tomorrow big day to Washington DC with 36 degrees high
3:50 the big chinook helicopter (us army maybe)
good catch, I didn't even notice that.
@@TampaAerialMedia i Watch your video on 55” Samsung tv...on iPad i didn’t too.
I live in philly
@19:18 "I've always thought that New York City should be in New Jersey. It is more typical of the state of New Jersey. Whereas the majority of the state of New York is BEAUTIFUL." 😂 New Jersey's not too happy about that.
yea, I can see that, I should have been more specific. New Jersey does have some nice areas, especially along the coast, great eateries.
what is the name of the songs at 11:04 and 17:06?
The 11:04 song is "Traveling" by Cinematic Alex available on Envato Market Audio Jungle and the 17:06 song is "Chilling in the West Indies" by Mattijs Muller available on PremiumBeat.com
@@TampaAerialMedia thanks
@@TampaAerialMedia Hello, I know it's been over a year since I wrote this comment but, I looked for the first song at 11:04 because I wanted to use it in my own travel video and I couldn't find it on audio jungle, I was wondering if you know where i could find it?
Malone now that’s upstate
How do you film these shots from inside the car?
No, the camera is on topo of the car.
@@TampaAerialMedia 👍 Do you put some kind of protection on the camera in case it rains or snows in your shoots?
Thank you for sharing!
Was too scared to goto Baltimore🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yes!
I do hope that they're traveling in an RV of some sort
We thought about getting an RV last might, but it would make it impossible to do those shots like we did in Philly. It would be nice not to have to go to load up in a new hotel every day though.
my childhood dream is to see all the 50 states ,,,
yep me too, just have Alaska & Hawaii left
Guys if I’m going to New York City I won’t plan no trips when I get older I will drive there
Not traveling I95 anytime soon now.
I love America from Afghanistan Kabul city
Great to hear from Afghanistan, blessings to you Mahdi.
I love American people and cuntry
The dog the lap...seriously dangerous for both of you.
shes fine, only allow here there in certain areas
Richmond has since moved to 5th largest, with Arlington (bordering DC) moving to 4th. The three most populous cities are all in the Hampton Roads area. The most populous county in Virginia is Fairfax County, with over a million people, located near DC.
True, yep I think Fairfax County one of the most expensive places in the country to live in right now.
@@TampaAerialMedia Actually, its Loudoun County , and mostly carpet baggers who came down from the NE. Really, northern Virginia is like a separate state.
smarty pants
What about the pandemic???
People are still traveling and living life. We had the proper tests.
Just a piece of advice. I'm hard of hearing and this music made listening to your commentary really hard.
How about cutting out the music on these videos for us old folks so we can hear you
thankyou we have lowered music volume in recent videos but we have to have music for periods where there is no talking. I do appreciate the feedback
