Yes! I think the reason everyone refers to the store as Antique is because they have a huge inventory of extremely older pieces, (but they also have newer thrift store items as well) so kinda best of both worlds 😀 Thank you so much and I hope you have a Great week! 💕

I saw in another post that the Easy Off in the yellow can is the best to distress wood.

OMG! This was the first video of yours that I’ve seen. Loved your ideas. My OMGoodness is about you not covering your kitchen counter! I am ALWAYS making messes n scratches so I have to use rough areas to do my work. I’m on my way to get Easy Off now for some frames AND look over what wood items need new looks! Did you seal the irregular shaped wooden bowl? I love the new look by the way🌟 I love wooden bowls💕. I also love the finish on the plastic vases or flower pots.
Hi Marilyn, no I did not seal that particular bowl. But if I do, I will use Howard Butcher Block oil/Conditioner, so it doesn't have a shine. I really like that raw wood appearance. Thank you so much for the sweet comment! 😀
First time I watched you. Great video! My favorites were the clock which came out fantastic, the beautiful grain of the wood really comes out. The others are the planters with the cement look and the onion and potato bin. You have great decor taste. I'm in the middle of remodeling so these are great future DIY's for me!

You have to be careful with pots for live plants sitting on anything you don’t want damaged. Even on a cement porch the high moisture content soaking through on a continual basis with change the color of cement (or wood floor). If you elevate it on legs, the moisture will have an escape.

Hi Danzrmom! (great name) Im thinking you mean the light blue one? I unfortunately threw the empty can away before I wrote down the name (which I usually write down) but it is a French Blue. very nice projects...love the ideas however i have to say a fat huge THANK YOU for not playing an annoying music on top of your voice...one can hear a soft repetitive music but it does not interrupt the flowing of your explanation...

@@corrinnacorrinna5572 thank you...Many people dislike the "trend" of placing annoying music on videos but so little number will say something...I highly enjoy watching a video with out music or in these case very very low relaxing music in the background. Makes me go 😵💫😵💫😖😖🥺🥺 when the music is heavy rock dark type of music or less than a second same bit played over and over and over...well u get the idea...LOLOLOL sometimes i just can not take it and never finish the video even when the subject matter is very interesting...but that is me...Happy New Year!!

Loved all your flips. It is my understanding that oven cleaner removes stain so if a piece is not stained it doesn't do much. It looked like the bowl just had sealer on it so that might be why it didn't work.

The bowl in #6, looked like monkey-pod wood. I have a large hinged nut bowl made of it.

I can't remember the name right now but can give you their phone number if you want? I think the with oven cleaner it depends on the finish and what varnish or whatever was used on the wood.
That makes sense because there was a lot of sealer/varnish on it so probably didn't work. Thanks so much! 😀 I really appreciate it!

I was coming to comment the same thing. It’s not the type of word that makes the difference, it’s whatever sealer was used.
What size are your pillows? It looks like your couch is a similar size to my IKEA loveseat, however your pillows look bigger than my pillows. I wonder if I can try that size pillow. Also can you share where you bought the grain sack on Etsy. So far loving your videos
Hello Nanette! These pillow sizes I made are 26 x 26 but you could make any size you need. My couches are quite large (8.5' long x 4' deep) so I made bigger ones to kinda match the size. (but I also have a smaller pillow on there from Ikea for reference - the cute plaid one 20x20 which is a great size too). I've been purchasing the grain sack fabric from a couple different people on Etsy (sweet Annie acres and sunny slope farms, they also sell pillows if you don't want to make them) but there are lots of people who sell it there so you can find what you like 😀 Let me know if you have any other questions. The oven cleaner needs to be warm to work. It works best outside on a sunny warm day.

I loved everything you did on these flips except the musical carousel. I decided to follow you anyway. But sometimes things that are the opposite color on the color wheel looks fine. By painting it, you lost the character and patina.
