Love it, but the living room is small and the unit is a tad pricey, though it's a 3 bedroom. The master bath is great, especially the tub area! I wonder what the monthly assoc. fee and taxes, etc. are?
He is amazing and does a really great job and really knows his stuff around Las Vegas and knows great touring sites as well. He once showed me a condo at the Aria and it was really nice place and sadly I can’t afford one but maybe someday in the future and I would give a 5 STAR amazing service for what he does! Also he is really great at finding what you need in your right price range and works great with that especially.
Nice price on the condo especially to be on the strip. Seems like they sacrificed the living room/ dining room area to get another bedroom in but most people want more bedrooms. That area past the Stratosphere is shady I was told this by the employees when I ventured off to a nearby bar. They seamed really concerned for me. A 3 bedroom condo and you are still on the strip, at the end but before the Stratosphere not on the other side of the fwy it's a decent price.
Is hot water provided by the building? How 'bout Internet--can one get a dedicated connection from Cox or Quantum rather than sharing the condo's? How often do the residents have to walk down 30 flights of stairs due to a false fire alarm?
Good question on cox I’m not sure. I haven’t seen or heard of people having to use the stairs but if it does happen that would be a bummer! Yes hot water is from the tower.
@@TheBrokerLife Thanks. Maybe 10 years ago I saw on some unrelated forum a person commenting about high speed networking being available in Panorama (maybe?) but I haven't found that in print anywhere else and my memory is fuzzy. I think I've seen complaints about the not-so-great shared Internet in some of these high rises. Heck, for a while there was a realtime video feed from Metropolis showing the Sphere, and I noticed it ran well at night, but come about 7am it seemed to have dropouts and quality issues. (Said realtime feed doesn't appear to be up anymore.) And I had to do more than a few walks down 8 flights of stairs when living in dorms, and one time down 19 flights when visiting another campus--I'm decades older and wouldn't much enjoy that now (not that I enjoyed it then). Plus I hear the klaxons go off pretty often in casinos, but they tell everybody to stay put until the staff figures out what's going on, and only once did I have to actually flee from a real fire (the original Hard Rock had an electrical fire, when I was in the casino).
@@TheBrokerLife package receiving service, the gym is nice and spacious, pool and jacuzzi are great. If I were to do it again I would definitely get a corner unit. I was sandwiched between the elevator and another unit with a work at home neighbor who complained at the slightest sound and another neighbor that hot boxed the hallway. Mandatory valet for guests was expected and kinda fancy but I always kept cash around for guests to give to valet because people often forget. Sky has thick walls.

Off hand I believe it was around $1,300. I agree on the living room. 👍

I agree with everything you said 👍

I used to live there, walls are paper thin, otherwise it’s a nice building.
Good to know! Any other negatives or positives about living there?

HOA?
$1,371/m
What's included in HOA
All the building nextdoor in the future is a big negative, plus loss of view
Depends on what is built.
Only positve is the view, too many negative, no land additional assessments at anytime, HOA $$$
That’s true Condos aren’t a good fit for everyone.
Looks like a cheaply finished apartment. The living room is tiny. There is no dining room.
Correct it’s the lowest cost you can get on the strip or by it.
Three floors above this unit, there is another 08 for sale with a revamped interior. But it's listed at $90K more than what we see in this video.
Don't forget about the difficulty cleaning windows
