Watching with interest, master 35 years painting houses ,so though id pick up some brushers and sign enamels and have a go sick of seeing sticker cut signs in my country stream town ,,the local community bar is my first job , found a a cool old patina 60s medic box to put my kit i going to pinstripe it ,love your work thanks for tips i subed
‘’The Kafka quill ‘’use to be my go to brush. One day, I noticed I couldn’t get a nice flat chisel tip on the tip. I changed my consistency in the paint over and over again thinking I was the cause. I then cleaned the brush out, oiled it and stored it. The next day it was the same outcome. I got so frustrated with it. I snapped it in half and tossed it in the trash. This was after a year or so of practicing my lettering. At the same time I’ve been using the Mack 189L No issues with a clean sharp tip every time.
@@plugugliescustoms I wouldn’t buy a full set. If you stick to sizes #2 #4 #6 is a pretty broad range of sizes you can do. Just my two cents. I do like the Kafka scroller. Makes a good outliner.
I love my Kafka quills and liners! Love the scrolling brushes also. They work better for me than traditional pinstripe brushes
Nice work 👍👍

I'll have to check it out, this is the first full set I've had so I don't really have anything to compare it to

You might try calling the guy that makes these brushes when you have issues, maybe straighten out any problems for you…
