    Nice video. If the brakes have been changed but the sensor is bad later down the road should I be worried about the sensor telling. Correct amount of mileage for pad replacement?

      @Marty09933  Рік тому

      Hi Poverty no, you will be fine just reset the brake light and the new sensor will warn you when your brake pads need to be replaced and it’ll do that by rubbing on the rotor …………The sensor connects near the brake pad very close to the rotor. Once the brake pad wears down past a certain point, the rotor will start rubbing up against the sensor Eventually causing the brake wear indicator to light up on the dashboard. Hope that helps you thank you for watching. I really appreciate you.

    How many brake sensors does the car have? One on each wheel or just one for the front and one for rear? Thanks

      @@Marty09933 I have question Marty, Do brake pads need to be specifically placed in caliper according to the sensor, I tried doing this at work and the sensor was too small for the brake pad

      And yes it is sensor made for my vehicle

      Make sure it’s going in the slot the right way try turning it and see if it will go in like that I think one side is smaller if I remember correctly

      Hi Bussheadchoppa sorry to hear that brother just organize them where they won’t be rubbing on anything and use zip ties to keep them from rubbing on anything hope that helps and thank you for watching. I really appreciate you.

      Can you tell me why the noise coming from the tire after I change it

    • @Marty09933

      @@bussheadchoppa7184 check the dust plate behind the rotor. It’s real common when people work on their brakes those covers get bent and then they’re hitting the rotor. Just been it back and that should take care of it.
