Thank you! I am not doing this for any class, just for my own microscope, and I am not well-versed in this, so thank you so much! It was very straightforward and clear!
Okay listen up everybody. This is so easy. I had my practical exam and making a slide was a piece of cake. It was a powder slide. You need to put enough amount of powder too see well all parts. You put one drop of oil. I was so scared thinking that i wont be able to do it but turns out its the easiest thing ever. Also dont listen to people who make a big deal out of it like YOU CAN DO IT here if anyone needs any help :)
Hey hope you’re doing great, I have a question, so it’s that the sample/ specimen needs to be stained or cover slide placed on top of the sample? Please do let me know I would be very thankful to you.
Some stuff that are transparent (like bacteria) can't be seen with a light microscope. Also the edges of cells or what ever you want to see will get a better view.
I love how old videos like these are always the best ones you could find and that the comment section is thankful and recent.
Can I get all this , I need in a kit on line. If not, do you have a list of stuff?
Great,I got no more questions on this it sure did help me a lot.
This is the 1st time I am seeing how to make a slide.. Thank you soo much it helped me .

Omg I’m impressed
Um.... I don’t have all de stuff. All I have is a microscope and slides(I’m obviously bad at getting supplies)
How do I make permanent ones?
I like to know too
Now I am doing the same. Thanks. welcome to see my animals under the microscope on my channel. Good luck.
why staining is important?

Horrible video. You cannot use horribly poor video to as the foundation of a tutorial. I’m sure you meant well.
Please do it again.
