Thanx for the video! I'm not so sure that it is recommendable to let it stay in the ultra sound for 30 minutes. I clean my production boards in alcohol (45C temperature) with a drop of detergent for 4 minutes, rinse them shortly in distilled water and blow them dry with compressed air. In your case the contaminations are of another sort but 30 minutes still sounds over the edge. And Jugo... 18-250 is the focal length (in mm)! 3.5-6.3 is the "speed" (aperture) of the lens:)
Sony 17-250mm does not exist! It's an 18-250mm! Why you don't believe what's written on the lens? THX for your Video! Do you know if the Lock Screw has something to do with the Zoom Lock Switch?
@@jugoslavs“The locking screw” still helped me! My zoom lock switch was blocked, I couldn't zoom anymore! I removed the locking screw and then tried to turn it gently a few times, all of a sudden the zoom went back out and is now working again! I blocked the locking screw so it doesn't happen again!

Sorry, my mistake..and the locking screw actually has nothing to do with the zoom lock switch? It's just a mounting screw.

I happen to have a similar problem. On my lens the zoom does nothing when I turn the ring
