I’ve had the Litter-Robot 3 for four years, and it’s been great-no issues at all. However, I do have one suggestion I wish I had thought of while it was still under warranty. The rubber liner in the globe, which holds the litter, starts to smell after a couple of years. If you’re still under warranty, I recommend requesting a new liner each year. It’s not expensive, but because it’s under the $100 free shipping threshold, the shipping costs can add up.

OMG I saw that the other day! It was horrifying. It seems that it's mostly the cheap knockoffs that are the problem.
