Back in the Day love it great to see this old kit still working,, This kit they make nowadays won’t still be working in 20 years time let alone 50 / 60 years 🇬🇧💯
I was thinking the same myself, P6s are fantastic engines, worked one in the woods for nearly 30 years, never a problem. I thought the tractor P6 was hunting a bit at tickover, think the governor on the pump could do with a bit of a tweak👍🏻 We had an L4 in the high major before the P6 but it split the crank in half. Never did like them because of that. Great video👍🏻👍🏻
Yes that's what we said but I've come across this before and there's so many different varieties with deep rooted and and shallow rooted and different colours
The road is on top of the river bank, the river is higher than the field level so the bank was put in place to stop flooding sheep are allowed to graze the flood plane
Nice to see the crawler, my father owned two County crawler with blades, one was yellow and one was blue,I wish we still had them today

How many vintage tractors do you have Sir?

That's a good question 🤔 the answer is i don't really know, I'll count them today might surprise myself 🤣
Why do the P6's have petrol / kero fuel tanks?
A lot of the conversions were sold as kit's so they kept the original tank to save some money, thanks for the input 👍
That makes sense and thanks for the prompt reply.@@FenlandCrusader
Nothin quite sounds like P6 especially on tick over great old tractors we had one with a L4 Perkins !
Yes you're right they definitely transformed the tractor that's for sure 👍

Look more like mangolds to me. Fodder beet more like sugar beet.
Yes that's what we said but I've come across this before and there's so many different varieties with deep rooted and and shallow rooted and different colours
@FenlandCrusader Thinking back, if you knocked mangolds about they would go rotten. Never saw them harvested mechanically
Yes that's what we were taught, but these old thing's were solid 👌
I have seen fodder beet this year the colour of mangolds (2023 November) @@FenlandCrusader
@andyhutch8262 yes there's lots of different varieties out there 👍
