With the Hotel de France fire, are you sure it wasn't Rougue Boullion School back in the 90s? I remember a similar fire happening there, two fires I believe.

The burnt out hotel was the woodlands , which is now woodlands apartments. That’s were the episode was filmed.

I got told it was actually a bit of both but that's interesting I'll have to see what I can find about the woodlands
