Trump scoffs at Oscar win for "Parasite"

President Donald Trump criticized the South Korean film Parasite, which became the first foreign language film to win best picture at the Oscars. CNN’s Frank Pallotta says the Academy has worked to become more diverse, and that doing so changes the types of films that win.
