Periodic application of Jergen's lotion (any flavor) just inside the nostral (cotton swab or very clean finger tip) has cured my severe anterior. It takes awhile to work in so be patient and don't add too much - might take two days. After the first couple apps then once a month, slightly more often in cold/hot arid conditions (altitude is not to blame, but a trigger.) For some, major causes: furnace during cold weather, air conditioner during hot weather, and climate control while riding in car - for some.
If anything you want an anterior nosebleed. Posterior can be dangerous because it occurs in the back of your nose near your throat, which means that blood can go down your throat which is bad news.

When my nose bleed i roll the paper towel and put in my bleeding nose watch your favorite show for a min and you see the nose not bleeding and my mom knows this so in my mind tells how to let my nose lessbleed and your vid is making me think tho
my nosebleeds get so heavy when i get them. they go all the way down my chin and down my chest to the floor. i have had a few where they went down my throat. once my dad barely touched it and it bled heavily. been getting more often this year so i worry that it could be the worse kind. yes they go away i end up using papertowel it works but gets soaked with blood. i live in nv and of course ya got that dry enviroment. but havent ever seen a doc about it. not sure how they could help or determine if i dont have one at that time

My doctor says that it is a problem that can never be cured . He says that it might be HHT but I have no other common symptoms to hht.

Ponder this: How in the world would someone figure out the reason, let alone the cure for something so intermittant as the nose bleed? A nurse might know but a doctor, doubtful - at least in my friend's case.

Dude help me I literally have them nearly all the time it started like 4 days ago and mine is the same as yours. The doctors don't do anything they say Corona this Corona that.
So this just happened just now I was about to go get ready for school and my nose started bleeding And then The more I kept blowing my nose the more blood came out it happened just now there was blood all over the sink But I don’t think if that’s rare fruit blood come out that much in a nose bleed but I tell you like a lot of droplets of blood came out of my nose and just a lot of blood to but its over now I didn’t lose that much blood so I’m good
Me too, except left. I get them suddenly and randomly only from my left nostril. They last anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour and it’s significant.. like a faucet has been turned on and my nose is just pouring blood :(

It isn't ethmodial. It's ETHMOIDAL. And posterior ethmoidal artery doesn't contribute to Kiesselbach's plexus. Nice videos btw.

i got nosebleed few minutes ago I pinched my nose for 10 mins. soft part. the blood comes out and when it stopped it also came out back of my nose

One time when i was 8-9 I had A really bad nosebleed and I coughed up a chunk of blood that was the size of my hand.
I plugged up every sink on a DC-10 on account of the luggage door kept flapping open and closed during flight.
