pretty solid..as someone who has an injured disgusting back im going to give advice. Take care of your back BEFORE something goes wrong. Routine maintenance on it should be priority. Chiropractor, deep tissue massages, etc. weekly if you can. I know its $, but you do NOT want to end up like me. SURE you see me do lots of things. BUT also im suffering while doing them sometimes. OR im suffering afterwards sometimes. Just some advice from me on a topic i DO know about lol...Keep up the good work.
I never understood how Jeff Cavaliere suffered an inguinal hernia from one-arm dumbbell rows. Doing those, even with 60kg dumbbells, I've never felt any strain in my groin. I guess it's a matter of stance and legs (or knee) placement, but even as a physiotherapist I have to admit, the actual pathomechanism is still unclear to me. I think you are fine the way you do that exercise here, though.
Jeff has no clue hes a glorified pt. As for the way you het a hurnia from this its because you cant brace very well and most gym bros use weight that's to heavy and swing it
Time to get big back

Ivan started adding more core to get a stronger back and avoid injury. I'll be following that advice.
