Why do you say this? What is your experience with this vitamin?
I decided to start taking these, but the vitamin alone is not enough. I'm pairing these vitamin with small daily walks and general improvements to my diet with more fruits and veggies throughout. I'm not vegan by any means but am trying to cut down a little on red meat. All these things together with the vitamin will help much more than just the vitamin on its own.
I'm thinking of trying this but I don't see hardly any reviews on it for the men version of it which is surprising

I'm a supplement kind of guy.These are simple and clean.Coming from Garden of Life to Ritual for a few months.These have the best of the basics.I am not disappointed but Performance Lab is next on the list to test.

I just spent $15 on a vegan sandwich. It's not about the expense of vitamins. Ultimately it boils down to budgeting correctly for what you believe is essential to your daily needs such as health.

Hey Sonder! Thanks for your feedback. It’s a totally honest review, they didn’t pay me to make it. I take Ritual Essential for Men every day (paid for out of my own pocket). I do appreciate you checking though - would be curious to hear what you think of you’ve tried it.
I just got mine in today. It smells like spearmint gum and it’s pleasant to my nose. I know have a deficiency in something so I feel good taking this minimalist approach and the fact I can take it without food is great.
Cool, good to hear! Agreed, nice to have things bundled and only have to remember once a day (and not have to sync with a meal). Enjoy!
Should these be stored in the fridge?
Not that I’m aware of. Just checked the bottle and it says cool dry place away from direct sunlight. I just keep them in my medicine cabinet.

Do you need to take 1 or 2 a day?
2 just ordered from them.
If you need to take two a day that means they won’t even last a whole month
Yeah I feel like I don't really need vitamins but I like taking them for energy boost so I only take 1 at night
30 bucks for a month seems too much so 1 a day last me 60 days
There are 60 in a bottle so they last 30 days.
