Like most new trucks and such, those things are at a price point where it's only a dream for me, so trying to pick a favorite is just a daydream exercise. When the 2025's get down to my price point in 10 years or so, I'd be more interested in finding one where everything still works.
The only people I see driving these are nice looking older women. That tells me they are married to a rich guy. And government agencies. Totally wasting the tax payers money.
I don't know if you or anyone here has GM contacts, but if you do, please pass this on for future models: These Yukon Denalis and AT4s used to have a flat area in front of the front center console such that when you slid the console back it made room to put an open laptop down flat on the level, raised up leather railings on either side of the cupholder/charger area, to use by the passenger while driving, or more importantly to use by the driver while parked. A great way to bring my home office mobile, along with a wifi hotspot. But the small design changes GM has made in that area with these new 2025 models appear to take that away. It appears you can no longer sit the laptop flat, a real lost opportunity to provide a great user friendly feature, one that was never marketed but should have been, and now can't be. Too bad. Oh, and stupid to make those cupholder/charger covers gloss black instead of keeping the open poor wood look of the prior Yukon Denali. That gloss black just attracts dirt and grime. So ugly unless constantly wiped clean. Maybe redo this area in front of the sliding center console for both reasons in future models, GM.
Though I do like this new Yukon AT4 for a number of reasons, it's really too bad that GM hasn't raised the new 2025 Yukon AT4 to give it more road clearance like Ford has done with its new Expedition Tremor, now 10.6" fixed clearance. A big lost opportunity for GM. To balance a negative comment with a positive, it's great to have the new AT4 Ultimate option, and I love the new black leather with red stitching of the new AT4; I never liked those brown/tan swatches across the prior model seats.
there's the Denali, the Denali Ultimate, the AT4, AT4X, AT4X AEV, AT4X AEV Ultimate is next. I want the Denali Ultimate Ultimate 🤣🤣👌👌 Its a running bet with designers to see how much they can charge for a higher trim and people will actually pay for it. Some pay over $100K so I can't wait until they make a ultimate ultimate ultimate trim for $200K🤣🤣👌👌
Great Video! Thanks for posting it! I do have a question regarding the cameras... have they enabled recording on them yet? I heard rumor that in 2025 they would enable video recording from all of the cameras to mimic or replace dash cams....
Tim!!! Bennington Nebraska here. Love your videos. I'm looking at buying a daily driver truck next year. I commute about 50 miles a day and won't be using the truck for towing. Any recommendations? Super interested in the Chevy high country 1500 with a 3.0, Ford with the 3.5 Ecoboost, and I'm hesitant but open to your thoughts on the Ram 1500 3.0 RHO. Reason I'm hesitant about the Ram is the 3.0 being a first gen engine. What would you pick if you were me?
The seats in the AT4 did not look near as comfortable(I.e., support) as the Denali. Not a fan of how big the grills have become on GMC’s. Noticed that when I drove by our local dealer yesterday.
Anything new on the 2025 Sierra 1500? I have a 23 1500 denali diesel and love it. I want to order a 25 Sierra Ultimate diesel to replace my slightly used 23.
These are great vehicles - and think General Motors is going to be printing money for a few years to come on these. Do you also review the new Navigator? I'll be curious how some of the tech on the new navigator trickles down to the Expedition to make it somewhat competitive. I am always rooting for GM and Ford - and I think it's safe to say that Ford has some catching up to do.
I like it, but I find it ironic how they’re marketed as family vehicles because it’s no way I would have babies and small children in the back of a Denali Ultimate. It’s way too nice.
Here is everything that's new for the Chevy Tahoe and Suburban as well: ua-cam.com/video/EnzzpeZ6QNs/v-deo.html

You could get a second mortgage to finance one 😂. I’m kidding but jokes aside the price is outrageous. Not worth it.
Rich housewives SuV. Coming soon to a mall and Starbucks near you.
yep SUVs are for soccer moms or women with a lot of kids. And these $80K-$100K SUVs are for rich moms.

AT4 duramax is what I wanted two years ago. I’ll be looking hard at trading in my duramax Suburban

Can you get the AT4 Ultimate trim with 2nd row bench seat?
Not sure yet.
Idk about the new headlight design. Think the previous ones looked more masculine and tough I guess. Subtle taillight update looks good though.

Putting a thermal camera beside a towhook is wild

I haven’t heard of any changes for 2025.

Nope. We weren’t invited to Lincoln event.
I have heard that the 2025 AT4 trim will have the LZ0 Duramax. Do you know if the other trim levels will have the LZ0 also?
They should. The AT4 was the only one without due to how they designed the fascia.
Did they make the seats more comfortable???
@@barryhamilton3112 yup! Seats are wider. Check out the GMC Terrain video we did. I made a big deal about it.
Tim’s next truck!!
If only I was loooaaaaaddddeddd!
Can you do 2025 cadillac escalade
Do you think you’ll be able to shoot a deer off the hood?
Not me! I’m too damn short!
Standing on the door sill, shooting over the roof. Just like cleaning the windshield..lol
Did the improve the comfort of the seats? My 23 Denali seats were horrible!!!
Yup. It’s in our Terrain video.

So AT4X is dead, replaced by AT4 Ultimate?
Good question. I’m not sure at the moment.
What's the price 🤔
Nothing announced.
@@Pickuptrucktalk not even the release date huh 😢
@@TheDubs1234 nope. That comes later. This is the first look.

Will be over priced for GM quality.
Who the hell buys these 😂

Or debt.
People who want a diesel 3 row luxury SUV... aka, me.
