That area is a toxic waste dump, no one should be around unless they were in cleanup. These people are insane protesting there, all that does is give cops overtime. Stay out of the water anywhere near Palisades and Malibu and do not eat the fish.

As a resident of Malibu for 15 years, it’s so sad how the current governor and his staff failed all of us. Between not having water or the FD budget being cut so badly . One of the reasons I will no longer vote left.

You live on a mountainside where there are constant fires during enormous Santa Ana winds (that went on for two weeks) in a severe drought so bad insurance companies won’t even cover the place anymore. Blame yourself for poor choices in where you live. Anyone interviewed knowing anything about fire said no state under any government could have handled thousands of house fires in 4 different areas. Water pressure would have been shot anywhere. A firefighter said at 10mph winds you can fight a fire, at 30mph you are a spectator. These winds were over 70mph at times. Winds combined with fire don’t care who is in charge. I the California Coastal Commission doesn’t allow anyone to rebuild west of the PCH.

Wut? All this is, is NIMBY!!!!!
The place is BURNT. It's a perfect place to put this stuff. Why should we put up with the crap being TRANSPORTED elsewhere? Until they figure that out, this is a perfect place for it, to use less fuel to transport
