Brokerage fee is not as you say, I have ZERODHA, When you increase the number of quantities while buying a stock, ZERODHA will automatically show the increase in brokerage charges. SO it is not flat 20 Rupees.

Zerodha is charging more than groww (AMC = 300 rupees/annum)
for transferring shares from one platform to another
groww charges 15.93 rupees per company
zerodha 0.03% of total value in rupees (which is huge)
Using these two platforms for year, UI plays a important role to analyze the shares in short term where zerodha is little bit complicated...
Zerodha is more focused on making money where groww is focused on users....

GST mentioned in the video is on Brokerage + Transaction charges, this amount will be very tiny, usually less than ₹5/- even for very large trade.
Capital gain tax is the tax we pay on the profits we make, that has nothing to do with broker.
