Case in point how they swindled people by selling horse skin and a single 10min mission for quarter of the full game itself, which is equivalent to infamous The Elder Scrolls Horse Armor DLC, and also don't forget the fact that RDR2 is still riddled with bugs and improperly applied subs, which haven't been fixed 5 years since its release. Gotta love how a company responsible for making games about robbery has itself robbed people in plain daylight, and people are not even talking about it. They are instead defending it for all the greed-ridden behaviour and drooling over how great candy is. Ugh... ignorance and complacency is truly poison to humanity.
For those who are interested you can combine this glitch with the save corruption one to play as arthur again but in chapter 3 compared to the classical save corrupt wich make you spawn in chapter 2 (wich i never manage to do properly) plus with this version of the glitch when you come back to the map you can explore it in the epilogue version so you can go to john ranch as arthur also there's a few notes for the people who could be interested by this version of save corrupt : -the epilogue bugged version with arthur is available as long as you dont save and reload -you will have loose all your saved outfit, hats, clothes parts, money and the nuevo paraiso outfit(idk why the outlaw grizzlies is still here but not nuevo paraiso if anyone know a technique to get it back i'm interested) same as ultimate edition talisman.the rest the saddle the free weapons and special horse are still available -you cant explore completely New austin the guarma water drowned most of New austin and so you can't go to armadillo or get otis miller revolver but blackwater tailor and stable are available so it's not bad you just need to find MUNEY -you dont have any horse before you reload and there's no camp since the map is bugged the game consider you are chapter 3 arthur but at the same time epilogue john so it spawn Clement point camp but it's just a tent guarded by javier -you loose all your weapon the only things you will get is double barrel shotgun the one handed one cattleman revolver knife and lasso you loose your bow and the rest even after saving -once reloaded some characters sometimes will still be in their epilogue version with their different horses so Charles and sadie will have hera and the other horse and dutch and micah will look old while teen jack walk around with his kid voice line and sometimes his teen ones calling you pa -youre stuck with hand off holster i tried everythng there's nothing you can do -and last but not least as long as youre in this version chapter 3 epilogue mixed the game is unstable and often crash after one hour or two of exploration reseting you as john before going to guarma so be quick during your exploration. Those are the bad side of this glitch but there's also good part: -you can have algernon revolver and hat at chapter 2-3 and uncle outfit -you can have done most challenge and play again as arthur to get legend of the east outfit with him -the mission order and classification is fucked up you can do penelope braithwaite Last mission in chapter 3 instead of chapter 6 the 3 debt collectif mission also become now opitional and available until end of chapter 5 -you can bully micah body get his revolver and bring him to himself just for fun -and the most important part you can play again as arthur so it's a good new game plus glitch to any arthur fan who want to play him again but still have some special stuff i tried to get john outfit for arthur and it's how i discovered this bug. if anyone has more question (or maybe some answer) feel free to comment it if i see people are interested i will explain how to do the glitch also im on ps4 so it must work on all platform
@@rafitatheboneless6727 to sumarise you need to kill john while you load back à mission from an arthur chapter, combining it with guarma (like for exemple getting shooted by guarma snipers) you need to replay à mission just before your character dies it needs à bit of timing but if it work you can replay the game with arthur à second time and for exemple get the outfit uncle give to john in his camp request side mission ect... Or get the legend of the east outfit more easily
Because mexico was supposed to be in the game (guarma was supposed to be bigger too, and you would be able to visit it again) but rockstar decided to scrap it
Beware of a trap you can fall into around the word “Vibora” on the map… just went to Guarma as John and had to kill like 10 guards after falling in their trap. They stopped coming after me tho so hopefully the sniper won’t be shooting
@@Simon_Sez yes it’s in the video. Just start replaying a mission from Chapter 3 and cancel. You don’t have to do the whole mission and after a few tries you will respawn at Catfish Jacksons.
Rockstar is so lame for adding invisible snipers..!! But after opening and closing the game multiple times I was able to explore the Guarma map and was able to kill the shark and hear weird noises will post on my channel soon broke boi Still on PS4

Thanks for yet again another RDR2 guide Petko! I actually never did any of the "Access to Guarma" glitches in the game, so I hope that when I do get around to playing this again, this method won't be patched.
Dont worry it will not be patched since they put aside rdr2 and rdo for gta6 and gtao they will not update the game anymore so any glitch you see available now will be forever or atleast until they put it on next gen then the next gen wont have those bug

You can take your horse if you park it at the two islands above the second S in San LuiS River. Then, using a spare horse, go do the drink thing above the falls. Once you're outside the map, run round to the river bank opposite where you parked your horse, and whistle. Your horse will swim across to you. I did this on ps4, playing a completely un-updated version of the game that has all the old glitches. Uninstall the game, switch off updates in your settings, re-install the game. All the original glitches will be available.
Did you now there is a secret key combination in online/story mode that triggers the animation Arthur/John deals with witnesses? Great video by the way
@@Petkoholic It only works with a shotgun/ rifle/ repeater . First you have to grab the enemy with your shotgun/ rifle/ repeater equipped. Then press then press the walking button to the left and press X (on playstation). Now you will push the enemy and he will put his hands up. When you do nothing he will run away but if you select your fists and press circle you will push him down. Once he's down you can continue pressing circle to kick/ beat him or you can press triangle to grapple him. Tis leads to some unique hogtie-animations too. But if you continue kicking him to long he will die. This works with lawmans too. Thats all! Have fun!
OCT 2023 - Still working, great video! One more very helpful bit of info to DISABLE SNIPER and allow free roam across all of Guarma: Once you arrive on Guarma, to disable the Sniper just go to "Progress" > "Story" and then replay the Epilogue Part 2 mission "Bare Knuckle Friendships". Skip the cutscenes and fail the mission by walking away from Uncle, then choose to cancel rather than retrying checkpoint. This will take you back to Guarma and the sniper will now be deactivated.
Idk if this has happened to anyone but as I was trying to disable the invisible sniper I loaded up the mission bare knuckle friendship or sum like that. But as I was seeing the black screen it said I was DEAD and when it loaded up I was Arthur in guarma and I still had all my progress, 100 % completion so I’m still trying to figure it out
I’m really surprised that no matter how far you go the ground is always solid and you can walk anywhere. It’s almost like Rockstar knew we were going to find a way to leave the main area of the game.
I actually got a little lost following this video, totally my fault. After sliding down the hill I ran straight through the trees instead of curving left with the cliff. Didn’t take very long until I accidentally ran into some water and drown. Not as dramatic as falling off the cliff into water but saved some time!!! Lol
2024 update: it still works! Just did this for the first time today and I am amazed. Once you get here you can save your game and come back whenever you want!! Invisible sniper is a pain in the a**, but there may be ways around it!
6:15 there are 2 icons of Herring Gulls. Are there any other animal icons on the map of Guarma? How can i find that out? Is here any information/image of all discoverable icons on the map of Guarma?
@@rikudousennin1218 very difficult to find out as no one has found every possible icon spot. Sometimes the game doesn’t even register an animal after it’s been hunted… Those 2 icons are for the Gull in general as there’s also a Laughing Gull in the game.
@Petkoholic thanks for quick response :). There is a main map with all discoverable animals and herbs icons on the map created by Alcomahol in gtaforums. Thats very cool to see it. There are also all explanations of icon images and what that is. In Guarma there are Herring Gulls because other 2 have different icons. You can unlock icons on the map by simply point at right animal on right place close to that icon you suppose to unlock with weapon (rifle) or pick/eat right herb on right place. With animal icons you can also smuggle right animal carcass to that spot and pick it and stow it back on your horse or with big animals lasso it and take it on the right spot to skin it. It doesn't work with Bears or small birds that you just pick into your satchel.
I just keep running and running south east but only fell off the map once and didnt die. I mean I am way out there, been running for 50 minutes. Gave up, blew myself up with dynamite, spawned back near blackwater. Any tips?
It was, Guarma was supposed to be like 2X bigger than what it is right now and you were originally gonna be able to go travel back to Guarma for $100 I believe, and Arthur was also originally supposed to be able to visit New Austin, I think after Guarma, but they scrapped all this to focus on online.
I never understood why there’s an invisible sniper in Guarma even when playing as John. I can get why there is one for Arthur, but John? I mean, John didn’t have anything to do with what happened in Guarma, so it doesn’t make sense for them to implement the sniper in Guarma for John.
Just tried this with Marston and I was heading there then all of a sudden I was in a river drowning in Guarna lmao then I died and woke up on the island

Brand new island haha no. It’s the left over scraps of guama, but it’s still a treasure all it’s own. Guarma is an unfinished mess but if you combine the island ( in it’s semi playable/explorable state)with it’s original intended vision, I can draw an inference for why it was cut. No time, but they left a lot of assets in game. I think the shark tooth trinket had something to do originally with a lootable shark in guama or guarma but it’s just a theory
Funnily enough you can actually find fer de lance snakes in Stillwater Creek. Macaws, boas, red footed booby and the turtle and sharks are Guarma only though.
Same goes for the village. I just showed the ruins because the goal was to head north. And you can go around the ruins but can’t go around the village without getting sniped…
I find it funny and sad that R* could just finish the guarma map, add some secrets, etc. and sell it for $30 as a dlc, and a lot of people would actually buy it.
I got the sun hat but I can’t get back to the main map lmao Edit: I was able to get back to main map eventually doing the replay mission thing like he put in the video, just took a while for me. But I do have the sun hat. I kept closing and opening my game until the first guard had the hat. I killed a few guards before who had the hat but if it doesn’t glow you don’t get to keep it
When I got to the donkey spot, the sniper triggered and I don't know why. Then I played the misson you told us to do if he triggered and then I got back to the map. Did Rockstar fixed it?
Thank you I love it I'ma save u love that island it's beautiful. I think the best way also is to save before you go to Guam and once you reach the island make another save so you could just go to the island and anytime you want the epilogue has been done so.
I don’t know why but that infinite loading screen can happen. It’s best to save game before trying to go back to the mainland. Plus you get teleported back to it after reloading anyway.
So you drink until you pass out And wake up in Mexico. Once again rdr 2 is just like real Life!

DO NOT do that mission to avoid the sniper. You will spawn back on the mainland. You will have to redo everything

Just tried this with Marston and I was heading there then all of a sudden I was in a river drowning in Guarna lmao then I died and woke up on the island
That happened to me and it was so sudden that I jumped a little. Guarma truly is a traumatizing place
hidden sniper is frustrating I wish rockstar just let us freely explore

I just glitched crossing a bridge on accident and spawned at the camp in guarma where we were before! How do I get out?!

Nov. 2024- it works but the bare knuckle glitch did not take me back.... soooo yeah I should have just dealt with the sniper....
@@evanhoughton87 it only disables certain parts of the island not all sniper zones.
I drowned in water that just spawned out of no where and then i respawned and i was in guarma
august 27 2024 still works but if you have a bounty you respawn in jail instead
More was supposed to be here but was cancelled. Makes sense they have voicelines
John doesn’t have any unique voice lines for Guarma.
I launched the mission to get rid of the sniper and spawned just south of Braithwaite manor when abandoning it...

Brand new island haha no. It’s the left over scraps of guama, but it’s still a treasure all it’s own. Guarma is an unfinished mess but if you combine the island ( in it’s semi playable/explorable state)with it’s original intended vision, I can draw an inference for why it was cut. No time, but they left a lot of assets in game. I think the shark tooth trinket had something to do originally with a lootable shark in guama or guarma but it’s just a theory
Funnily enough you can actually find fer de lance snakes in Stillwater Creek. Macaws, boas, red footed booby and the turtle and sharks are Guarma only though.

Same goes for the village. I just showed the ruins because the goal was to head north. And you can go around the ruins but can’t go around the village without getting sniped…

I have a question, if you do the mission canceling technique or something else, would I be able to explore with the sniper at all for a playthrough ?
I don’t think it allows full exploration plus as soon as you close the game you will be teleported back to the main map.

From Main Menu select the Guarma story mission to play again and just abandon it. After that you will be brought back to main land.

It used to on previous patches but it doesn’t seem to work on latest versions.

I find it funny and sad that R* could just finish the guarma map, add some secrets, etc. and sell it for $30 as a dlc, and a lot of people would actually buy it.

Edit: I was able to get back to main map eventually doing the replay mission thing like he put in the video, just took a while for me. But I do have the sun hat. I kept closing and opening my game until the first guard had the hat. I killed a few guards before who had the hat but if it doesn’t glow you don’t get to keep it
when I tried starting that mission because of the sniper, when I cancelled the mission it took me back to the main map
I have never had that issue. Guess it’s best to refrain from triggering it since it doesn’t let you do anything anyway…

When I got to the donkey spot, the sniper triggered and I don't know why. Then I played the misson you told us to do if he triggered and then I got back to the map. Did Rockstar fixed it?

They didn't fix it. But it is possible for the game to teleport you back to the main map after replaying that mission.

Thank you I love it I'ma save u love that island it's beautiful. I think the best way also is to save before you go to Guam and once you reach the island make another save so you could just go to the island and anytime you want the epilogue has been done so.
If you load the save from guarma, you will spawn on the main map if I remember correctly
i replayed a new south just like the video and it’s stuck on loading screen
I don’t know why but that infinite loading screen can happen. It’s best to save game before trying to go back to the mainland. Plus you get teleported back to it after reloading anyway.
Just wondering. What would happen if I reloaded the game?

That happens if you do the pass out glitch with a bounty. You have to pay it first so you don’t spawn in jail.
