I’m writing a book/movie script right now and I want this song to be in it for a part in which the main character is going through an incredibly heavy, dark, complex and emotional moment of loosing something very important to her. She, as a young woman questions, even her sense of life because what she looses happens over, and over again. She struggles. This song encapsulates the moment extraordinarily perfect. Thank you for you beautiful music, Agnes. I truly hope we get to work together one day♥️
It's beyond me how your music can give me the healing effect that no other song or artist could. I've been a "long time" fan of yours. My mom used to play your music while I was growing up. I lived an eventful to say the least younger childhood. My happiest memories to this day (I am now 15) are the days when I would come home to see my mom gracefully dancing in our living room blaring your music on our two huge speakers, incense and it was the closest feeling to nirvana that I've ever had. Through the tough times with bad boyfriends and trouble fighting for custody of my brother and I between my moms ex husband (my dad) and her, between drowning sorrow in unhealthy habits, your music was playing in the background. I never knew your name when I was little, and it wasn't until I heard your song brother sparrow in my best friends moms car (who used to be my moms best friend, but not anymore due to unhealthy stuff) that I properly got to sit down and listen to you once again. Your music has an effect on me. Whenever I'm feeling down or overheated at life, your music always seems to let me take a break from this crazy reality that is life. Your music speaks to me in a way that cannot possibly be explained. Especially the songs where you are only playing piano or your instrumental songs. I feel this longing to just be calm all the time, and when I listen to your music, I get a little bit of that calmness I'm looking for. I instantly became obsessed with your music. I was so upset when I saw that it had been almost four years since your last album and I was worried you weren't doing music anymore. All of a sudden I got a notification from Spotify that there was a NEW ALBUM, WHAT?? I was instantly ecstatic. You have not failed to tear the emotions from my heart that need to be felt with your music and your words. Please keep it up, you are so wonderful. Thank you for changing my life.

This song has a sort of hypnotizing effect to me. It transports you to another dimension almost. It truly brings past memories in your brain. Love it!

I can't understand why 36 people (in Feb 2017) don't like the beauty of this sounds. It's like watching a life through a time machine, and seeing one life from the very birth to the final ages, becoming part of the nature again, in ashes, through the wind, between the trees of a very big forest.

i was tryna find out the song the little boy was singing about france. im going to france, i'm gonna go on the beach and swim . if it was a real song or just his lines. and this song was playing during that scene. The thing about Agnes is when she sings, she's singing with her spirit. Her soul. It makes me think about everything I read about God, love, peace and things I almost can't talk about, just feel... You do feel connected.
This song soothes me during my panic attacks when they happen right after I go to bed. The lyrics are exactly it: when the past comes to haunt me and merges with the future, when time becomes meaningless everytime I close my eyes, when I wake up at once with the same ghoul my mind has born sailing before my eyes. It does take a day or two to free my mind and escape from the light I must leave on and reconcile with the dark.

It'd be nice if it were like that. Then I wouldn't feel like such a screwup. It's hard to not feel like you're drowning in it all constantly, all that happened, all that didn't and everything you feel you may never live up to. It's hard to find where I belong, in any of it as for just now. Shoot.

Definitely one of my top favourite songs from "Citizen of Glass", well... it is certainly my favourite song there. I think it's a very strong melody and it's got a very moving atmosphere... and the arrangement is beautiful and original. I enjoy that the arrangements are getting a bit richer.
