- Kidneys, vascular issues, cancer, fracture, and neck pain are possible causes of middle back pain. Dr. Ronald Tolchin, Medical Director of the Baptist Health Center for Spine Care, says it is better to make sure they check imaging of the spine with an MRI for people with cancer to look for any metastasis.
He explains with osteoporosis, the bones are soft and they easily can get compressed, the nerve endings are there and the back pain can be very painful. - Наука та технологія

I have pain over here
I got here cos my mid back and my stomach hurts really bad. I think it’s connected. It happens maybe 2-3 times a month and it’s been going on for a few months now. My friends or co-workers tells me that it happens to them too so I thought it’s pretty normal but i cannot help but be concerned that it might be something more serious

Can I just say I know your pain! I have mid back pain and my stomach hurts at the same time. Yes, they are indeed linked! I always find that when my stomach settles the pain stops. As I am typing this message I had mid back pain yesterday and pressed on my stomach area and felt pain there. Today my mid back pain is gone!
Dr Eric Berg on UA-cam was the first person who made me aware of this. I never knew they were both linked until recently. If you take his online quiz test and select ‘mid back pain’ it tells you all about the cause and the solution. He also has a UA-cam video on here too but do take the quiz because he really goes into detail about the cause of it. My mum is a nurse and she said the same. Most people think of their stomach as being where their belly button is, but that’s the intestines. Your stomach is further up and whatever problems you have going on there is affecting your back. Please don’t get worried it may be cancer - it’s likely to be digestive issues as Dr Berg says and my mum. Apple cider vinegar is good for helping with this!
I've been getting this as well. Starts in the mid back and wraps around to the stomach

I went to emergency, because I was in such pain in my back. They sent me home, telling me it was a pulled muscle and some pain pills
