I do too and it keeps getting worse. Like jerking my neck or getting a shiver through my whole body or even making weird sound or shutting my eyes it's really annoying!!

My head shakes to one side and Kt feels uncomfortable, i do weird face expression and, i have tics whit my Hands i sometimes hit my Shoulder whit my hand or just hit myself, some are when my shoulders feel uncomfortable and i arch. I thought it had to do with the basal ganglia and how it communicates, as well as dopamine issues. Another theory of course, but it is hard to believe that subluxation could cause tic disorders in all who have it, especially when it it starts young, and it persistent.

My tics I try to hold in while in public even though some slip out. I try to wait until I'm alone in my vehicle or at home to let them out. Then I feel so drained afterwards... It sucks...
Anxiety can cause tics but not always Tourette’s Syndrome. Many people get tics and there are multiple different causes, anxiety and adhd are some of them.

I have tic disorder and it manifests itself on my left side mostly. I also have Tinnitus in my left ear. Could TMJ be causing both?

Apparently babies can get spinal misalignment during childbirth and it's not all that uncommon.
