For safety, they often don’t pull a car over because of the chance to suspect might flee in the vehicle and initiate a pursuit putting other drivers at risk or have weapons in the vehicle. Safer to make the arrest on foot with the element of surprise.
Separate from whether the suspects are guilty or not, these cops where straight up a-holes. Woman with a child, and the cop yells at her because she wanted to pick up the dude's cell phone. That's just being an a-hole. I know cops have to deal with a lot of crap, but if you can't do it while also remaining a decent human being, then maybe it's not the job for you.

The death penalty exists because of people so cold, remorseless, and cruel, that they feel absolutely nothing after taking a life, and feel like it wasn't a big deal and believe they have a right to forget about it and move on unpunished. More states need to bring it back to get these kinds of inhumane people off the streets forever.
The problem is the relatively high number of false convictions. More than a few people are in prison for life or very long sentences for crimes they didn't commit. At least with a prison sentence there is a way to somewhat rectify that situation with release and monetary compensation (and if needed a new identity). With the death penalty no such corrections for errors is possible.

Naw she couldn't get through it, the employees the one that opened the door. They were way too far back for the door to automatically open so it has to be an employee opening it. Also that's how it is at any Walmart I go to when exiting the auto center you have to wait for an employee to press the button to let you out.
