Fish recipe -
3 pounds fish fillets
12 Tbsp softened butter
6 tsp minced garlic
1 heaping tsp Italian seasoning
dill weed
Bake at 400 for 10-15 min
Peanut Butter Chicken -
3-4 pounds chicken thighs (best if browned first but not necessary)
Make sauce...
6 Tbsp soy sauce
6 tsp minced garlic
3 Tbsp minced ginger
6 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp or less of cayenne pepper if you like spice
Pour sauce on chicken and cook 4 hours high or 8 hours low… add 2/3 cup peanut butter to the sauce at the end!
Quiche -
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk (we use almond for low-carb)
4 eggs
Whisk together... then add...
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
4 cups spinach/kale/other veggies of choice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white or black pepper
Bake in greased pie pan or pie crust. 400 degrees for 50 minutes with foil on top... then 10 more minutes uncovered.
Serve with hot sauce if you dare. ;)

This was a new recipe for us and we did not like it as much as our old one... so we will share the GOOD recipe in the future!

I'd give anything to hold a baby right now. A few weeks ago I saw a family walking down the street or at the park or something. The baby was in a front carrier. My arms felt a physical ache.
This keeping us away from everyone needs to STOP!

It's a difficult time especially in America where political decisions in each state are different and there is no clear communication from your decision makers. I live in New Zealand and our prime minister and her party have made some hard and fast but effective decisions when it came to the virus. We are close to having no cases of the virus and our death toll is only 21 (any death is still one too many and I'm not belittling those who have passed away by saying 'only'). Stay strong and stay safe, keep talking through this to others because it's a huge thing you and the rest of the world are dealing with. I'll pray for you and your families tonight. Xx

I absolutely want to continue seeing these weekly meal preps. I'd also be interested to see them completed on the night y'all eat them. Maybe you could just take a small clip each night before dinner to include with the video. I know you're busy on a whole nother level so whatever you can handle is great to me. Everything looks great! Maybe you can do a video on what's for dinner, where you show how the dinners look when made. Can film clips throughout the week when you make the meals and then put them together. Just an idea, I would love to see!

I could use a grandma...... All of my grandparent's have passed away, and I lost my mom in 2017. I'm not super close to my dad so I often feel totally alone.....

I live alone, but I enjoy watching several UA-cam channels, yours being one of them that I am subscribed to.
Where I live, in Israel, it is very common for me to see large families and w children who are close in age to one another.
I actually do not 'cook' due to a dislike of actually cooking (or baking) but I have some physical and medical issues living w fibromyalgia and its side conditions.
I am blessed by several friends w large families that they save me leftovers from their large meals. They freeze the small baggies and use a plastic grocery bag in the freezer to put all the smaller baggies of food. When the grocery bag is full - or they really need to empty their freezer for a new food shopping - then we decide on how the frozen leftovers will get to me.
Then I 'mix and match' from the frozen baggies to ma ku e myself meals.
I still shop for dairy, some produce and various grocery sales if it is items I eat or use.
So, although I may not use your actual food prepping, I share the ideas from your videos for prepping or just the actual meals ideas.

I love watching these meal prep videos. Please keep them coming. It is just as interesting seeing how you all fit it into your schedules as the recipes themselves. I'm getting some good ideas for things I'd like to make, even though I'm just cooking for one! I think I'll add peanuts to the peanut butter chicken, though I probably wouldn't with kids around. Don't want anyone inhaling them! I love that some of the kids really, really want to engage with us week after week. Seth is showing a huge amount of interest in us (the camera) the last few weeks.

Never heard of mayo in quiche either and have been making it 45 years. A family favorite for sure! I use the Betty Crocker recipe and think Ina Garten also. Veggies and meats are interchangeable. Use whatever you have in fridge that sounds like good combination!
I love that you feed your family healthy foods. Hate seeing some LARGE family channels feeding bad foods in the name of large. Solo is so funny cutting the boys hair!

I love seeing the kids cooking. You're really raising them right!! For Belle, or anyone else who has issues with cutting onions, running the onion and knife under cold water helps me.

All you have to do when chopping onions is make sure your head is not leaning over the chopping board. Then the onion fumes won't get in your eyes and make them water 😁

No oil it gets all the water out.

I know you've posted about the peanut butter chicken before and I finally made it the other day. It was delicious! My husband suggested next time I go a step further and dice, bread, and fry up chunks of chicken breast but I'm all about the easy crockpot life. I also added quiche to our monthly menus thanks to you! I had never thought to try it before I saw you do it so thank you for always having wonderful suggestions!

Yes keep doing the meal prep and never apologize for the kids being kids if anyone has a child they know how they are and I think the kids playing and laughing and talking in the background is a joy to my ears as all of my kids and grandkids are grown now and I don't get to hear my great grandkids unless we're face timing, so you don't have to apologize to me for your kids being normal. Love your videos and love the kids and Solo needs to prepare more of his native dishes I would enjoy that

I enjoy the meal prep videos. I like meal prepping when I am working out of the home full time (I am a teacher) now that I am home with kids, I cook daily because it gives me something to do as part of a routine.
Hello from Kentucky. I like watching your meal prep videos. Showing us real life videos of screaming, crying, and laughing are the best. I would love a video of each child with both or one parent asking them questions about how they see their life now and in the future. Questions like.. What they want to be when they grow up? Which sibling do they get along with the best? Favorite food? Favorite color? If they could, what would be one thing they could change within the house or outside the house? Where would they like to visit/vacation? Has to be somewhere they have never been before. (Either in the states or out). For the older kids you could get fun and ask what they think on dating. For the younger you could ask then to show you something funny, like a silly face or something they come up with. You could add questions from other viewers as well. I think its fun to learn and watch the different personalities of each kid. Sorry my message is so long.😂
