It's so nice being a fan from the beginning of Thrice to what the band is now and to hear Dustin Kensrue's voice evolve. I love hearing the old Thrice stuff and how he sounds so young and the way he sounds now. Both are great it's just fun to hear something from Identity Crisis and then you hear something from Beggars or TBEITBN or any of his solo albums.
Brike Geary yeah his voice has aged nicely. I'm a bit of a newer fan but I love listening to all of their stuff to hear how the entire band progressed over time.
Yeah, it's amazing. Been a German fan since Identity Crisis. Lost track of the whole genre, still got VHEISSU and the amazing Alchemy Index, didn't even know Beggars has been out, by chance got Major/Minor and liked it, yet didn't listen to it that much.. and then TBEITBN and another live show in Germany later and I feel like they're one of the best bands around. Ever. Course that's personal, but TBEITBN was just so.. so wow. First album after a while that got me back on track just purely enjoying, loving music. And the show - festival only - was just amazing. Now I'm watching this stuff and it makes me feel like - yeah, those are some of the best artists around. Imogen Heap, stuff that made me drift away from posthardcore music. Love it.
