We used a linear actuator, along side a simtek bcu which measures the resistance to determine how hard to apply the handbrake, if you are not running a standalone it may be quite difficult to get it through IV with one due to the number of features you have to have surrounding the handbrake and it’s operation
What a gorgeous build guys 👏😍 can't wait to see it in the flesh 😎💥💥
thanks mate, looking forward to getting them side by side very soon
Great work lads, looking awesome
Legend!
Stunning, well done boys
Thanks so much!
I must admit I've not been watching all of the kit car videos, but the attention to detail and OCD level makes this a bit sexy...
thanks mate, it really has become a thing of beauty and i fear rob wont want to use it on track in fear of getting it dirty haha
@@TheParrottBros well he's gotta go on holiday at some point, and when that happens, you know where the keys are right ;)

Where did you source the carbon sill trims?
We had them made by a friend , he said he would no longer make any more due to the time and hassle it took ( it’s not his normal job)
What Electric Handbrake did you use? I am currently building an MK
